I have s22 ultra, insta 360 one rs & had Nikon 5300..out of all 3 I still prefer to shoot on my phone for the easy of use.

I use my iPhone 12 Pro Max for cinematic footage so yeah I’d say the 14 is plenty capable.

I think the I phone is fine for reels and stuff and if you want to take it serious then maybe a camera. But I phone 14 pro max it’s fine I have seen crazy vids with I phone.
What diffusion percentage do you recommend?
If you’re asking me, I’d use as low as you can. Maybe like an 1/8? Or 5%? I have 10% ones and from time to time it’s “too much of the look” where I’d rather have it be subtle. Up to your personal taste though. 👊🏼
