As an Irish person, it is so nice to see such a beautiful vlog of Ireland despite the grey skies and rain, that’s all part of it though really! You’ll have to come back to do the rest of the Wild Atlantic Way, it’s all so stunning and Galway is a foodies paradise! ☘️
Hey guys great vlog , I just subscribed to your channel the end of last year but I’m loving your channel. Your trip to Ireland looked amazing. My best friend is Irish and I went over with her for a long weekend just before COVID Hit us I think it was. Went to the giants causeway. Was very impressed. Lovely place and great people ❤. You and Lee are a lovely couple ❤❤
I always wanted to visit Ireland, but I live basically on the other side of Europe so it would be pretty expensive. Watching this makes me so happy, it is as wonderful as I thought!
I'm SO glad you went to the Butter Museum in Cork! My husband's great uncle helped curate it and he was dead chuffed when we told him it was the number 2 thing to do in Cork according to Lonely Planet 😂 Love Ireland so much! Glad you had a good time!
Thanks for taking us along! I went to Ireland a couple of times as a child and then again as an adult on a little solo trip, and this country absolutely has my heart ❤ I sadly haven't been able to go back in the last couple of years but I miss it so much, so it was super nice to witness its beauty through your vlog! Gotta make some soda bread now 😄
I drove the Wild Atlantic Way last September solo. It's stunning! I went from Dublin to galway and it took 4 weeks. The only regret I have is that I couldn't film or photograph much of the scenery because I was driving. So I really enjoyed seeing Ireland again through your eyes.
You are the ONLY girl I truly envy 😁🥰 Living on a Scottish island far far from the city noises surrounded by nature 🥹💚 One day I am gonna visit your country but until then, I am gonna subscribe 🥰
Loved the vlog. Beautiful as per usual. I love seeing the Scotland and now Ireland through you eyes. Lee is a lot of fun too. Can't wait for the next vlog!
This was such a fun video to watch, I loved seeing all my favourite places come up! I moved to Cork 10 years ago and never looked back - such a gorgeous part of the world ❤
Wheaten bread is called soda bread in the Republic of Ireland. In Northern Ireland it’s called wheaten bread because white soda bread is more common in Ulster and it’s to differentiate between them. White soda bread is called white soda bread in the rest of Ireland. It’s incredibly easy to make at home. Wholewheat flour mixed with white bread flour (ratio depends on personal taste. 50/50 for a lighter bread, 100% wholewheat for dense, nutty bread. Mix some salt and soda bicarbonate into the flour, add buttermilk and mix. Put it in a baking tin (buttered or baking parchment) and bake at 200° for 35-40 minutes. Do not knead it or let it rest to rise. Once the buttermilk hits the soda, it’s giving off gas so throw it in immediately. It tends to have an extremely hard crust if cooled in the air like white bread. For a chewier crust, wrap it in a tea towel to cool. The steam stops the crust turning into a tooth breaker.
hello from Cork!! Glad to see ye enjoyed your visit - just found your account a few weeks ago and love your vlogs, gasped when I opened UA-cam today to see you stopped at all my local spots 🤣
Thx for taking us along with you. I’m so sorry you got ill. I think it may the oysters, I can’t take them at all and get violently sick. You did amazing to carry on xxx
Brilliant video, great fun and great to see British people enjoying our own Home Counties rather then the same old abroad holidays , uk has so much to offer people just don’t realise it , probably get sick of people saying it but Lee makes every video funnier 😂 great lad and your both very lucky to have each other ❤
Aw the menu cakery! It's on my way to work and it's so lovely but so so dangerous when you intend to get just one small treat 😂 so glad you got to see a bit of West Cork! 💕
Such a mighty vlog! You really showcased the country. A lot of people tend to come here and just kinda stick around Dublin and don’t venture outside of that bubble thus missing out on the wild beauty and fun here. Cork and Kerry are the best but I’m very biased 😂 The Fish Box in Dingle is always a good shout especially the fish tacos. Everyone here also thinks paying for the Cliffs of Moher is a joke, if you do the cliff walk/hike from Doolin it’s free but I know that’s not accessible for everyone.
Cliffs of Moher are really nice when the weather is decent but it’s extremely busy. Tourists from all over the world. Much bigger cliffs further north with very few people around comparatively.
Ireland pubs are closing down in every town and village . . Drinking culture has changed a lot since the mid nineties ? Still great bars / pubs. Not the same vibe as the past imo good video
Ireland is not Scotland. To me always feels a bit gentler, a bit warmer somewhat. Hard to describe. Scotland is all drama and majesty, which I ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Not gonna lie, father Ted house made me laugh 😂😂

"you're talking to your phone" "i'm talking to the people!" made me giggle

I've never got on with stout, and frankly, at sixty nine and three quarters I don't think my midriff could cope with it now. Great fun, cheers!
