One concept I would like to add is that the interstitial fluid is a dynamic common communicating compartment where secretion and reabsorption occur simultaneously as a process all the time because not all substances can be filtered by physical means but need an active cellular barrier selectively reabsorbing ONLY the essential, eliminating the potentially toxic substances which were non selectively filtered initially by the glomerulus.
