Wow! Paired with the Es-8, cross communication between instrument tracks and modular tracks is now seamless. This fixed so many problems with my live setup, while also making a quad set so much more dynamic. Infinitely grateful!
That's some PERFECT timing! I'm starting to develop my new modular / Ableton hybrid setup TODAY and I was going to use the previous version. Amazing!

The explanation is a bit off for me... 1:23 speaks of enabling/disabling entire chains but... you can already do that with both the chain selector, the chain mute switch, etc... how is this any new?

It’s that you can now do it *with* Audio Routes devices. For those familiar with Chains it’s obvious, but perhaps others are finding Audio Routes & Chains for the first time :)
SO I CAN SEND SNARE IN DRUM RACK TO MAIN RETURN REVERB REVERB AT LAST???
Is there something like Rearoute in Live? A method for routing signals in and out of Live to any ASIO compatible software while at the same time also accessing a sound-cards ASIO driver for hardware output channels?

Does anybody knows into what folder should this be placed?
on mac it defaults to: user/music/ableton/user library/presets/audio effects/max audio effect/ but you can also just add whatever location you have it to Live. Hope that helps.

@@Dovith yes, it may be documents folder instead, or maybe user/app data/Ableton/etc. I don't have a windows machine here to verify the exact path, sorry
