Just purchased the BioSmart 5000. It came with no instructions. Your video clearly explains what gaskets, O rings and part get placed where they belong and in what positions for the intake water. Thank you!
Two inlets to allow the Oase UV (Bitron sold separately) to fit on the front on this filter, you can then operate with the two inlets and evenly distribute the water into this filter.
Do you mean the pump? These are located here - www.gardensite.co.uk/aquatics/oase-solids-handling-pumps/ or Pipe (38mm Diameter recommended) here - www.gardensite.co.uk/aquatics/hose-clips-and-pipe-fittings/
I have purchased the 5000 Biomaster for my small pond. The instructions are woeful. (Text is also super tiny.) Very disappointing. For the money spent on this hulking piece of plastic, I expected better. All sorts of parts, no indication where these things go. Two inlets? No idea what this is. The video shows a discharge piece, this is not in my package. Have put in a call to the company and hopefully can speak to someone at the company for help.
Good Day Gregg, we have a few in the range which include the same Biosmart filter as shown. The biggest being the 36000 model, please see www.gardensite.co.uk/aquatics/oase-biosmart-36000-pond-filter-set.htm

Hi does it matter if your inlet goes into the left or right side on the back?
no
Hi Matthew, this does not matter which side the inlet is located either the left or right is fine.
What is the name of the powder you added to the filter, and are there installation and maintenance instructions inside the device?
Hi, this is Biokick filter powder www.gardensite.co.uk/aquatics/oase-biokick-cws-200ml-filter-starter.htm
I've heard good reviews about this filter, but why is there two inlets? is it built that way in case one breaks and you have a spare?
