Exactly how does a plate carrier keep debris out of your face? I carry almost 12 pounds of steel training plates (more weight than some real steel plates) in my Wraith & have had no issues carrying the weight. Don't get stuck on names bud.
@FullMetal2006 by debris I think he means fragmentation from actual bullets hitting your plate if you are using it in a real steel situation. Tougher material will protect you more from that. For airsoft it doesn't matter
I've still got my Bulldog Tactical plate carrier. It's been a tank, loads of features and durable for about £180 and it's "real steel" still need to get some real plates eventually
Guys when it comes to riggings, pick wisely, and take your time on what you would pick as a final choice. Gear gets very expensive when you keep changing mind on what you want, when it can be a choice you only have to make once and theh can pretty much last forever. Over the year when i first started airsofting i spent $100's i really didnt have to because i kept changing my riggings. Get something modular and fully adjustablr. Quick release tabs are so much more convient than velcro.
I have 4 plate carriers. one matrix, that I bought to use as a loner. One Condor vanquish RS, the left shoulder tubes failed within 5 games. Luckily I carry zip ties in my truck. Lastly, I have two Wraith T3. I replaced the cummerbund on both with a magnetic QD style. Honestly, I should have just bought the wraith from the start, instead of the Condor. I cant say enough good things about the wraith PC's.
I would like to see a video for different face protection solutions. I for instance prefer to have a cap instead of a helmet or complete facemask (fugly!). So right now i do cap, goggles, lower half face mask (that is not comfortable or sitting well.) and comtac style headset.
Great Vid' thanks ! but I can't see the plate carrier ATR from RGS (french manufacturer), I know that it's impossible to show all PC but this a famous one !!! =D
The wraith t3 was robbed. Should have come first hands down. At that price point you could have bought any necessary pouch and still been cheaper than some of the other models
@azrael18 It's because the most expensive stuff, generally speaking, is just better. The slickster is about as budget as it gets for a real plate carrier, which means it's ideal for high quality airsoft kit.
I suggest you tape red solo cups to your chest for players on a sub $2 budget.
If your feeling fancy you could even tape them to cardboard to give realistic plate feel
I'm pretty sure it's even better than just buying a plate carrier or chest rig, no cap
@@pourfendeurrrrrrFr I added rgb for better fps also
That might work for a militia kit
@@WCODragRacingthere should be militia sims everyone has an AK or FAL
I highly recommend the Condor. Its super comfy, adjustable, and looks really good with plates in it.
which one
The condor@@ImBenzo
My first plate carrier is the Condor MOPC. Lol, took quite a beating and still holds up. I still use it from time to time
I love my Wraith...absolute BEST carrier out there. Half the cost of the Ferro is the name
well ferro is made to actual made to maintain a heavy load and help stop debris from getting in your face while an airsoft carry doesn't do either

@@shauntichenor8831 anti spalling coating on the plate does that. Not the carrier.
ferro is berry compliant thats why its more expensive

I wasn't expecting a George's top plate carriers vid but I am for it

which cummberbunds did you get? do you know if there are any ones with molle that arent like 80 bucks
@@nateb.4959 for the wraith? I got a couple from amazon. they are from a company called black gunpowder.
I really like the condor sentry for a basic plate carrier
I have a condor plate carrier with quick release+molle+velcro+4 pouches for 120eu.
That value blows all of these out of the water.
I see these are being marketed for airsoft. But can you actually put plates in them?
I need a basic plate carrier for my home defense setup.
Are these robust enough to carry real plates instead of airsoft gear?
I'd absolutely love a DNC camo plate carrier, but I live in Canada and it's almost impossible to come across something like that
Any suggestions for a Big and Tall setup? I’m 6’5” and hefty I wear a 5xlt shirt
Any recommendations for a good od green plate carrier?

Tacticon has an elite bundle that has all the bells and whistles for 150

This is a budget plate carrier video. At 369€ that plate carrier is not budget
@@jordanpalacios5855 You've got right @jordanpalacios5855 ! But RGS ATR is diserve his success anyway !! =D
What are your thoughts on Tacticon?
Is there delivery to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?
What about LAPG? The Low Cis and the JTE (Just the essentials) are both under $100 and the JTE is under $50!
Also Tacticon has some budget options as well.
How is the Slickster even on this list? Let alone the top slot.
For budget I would of switched 1 and two around... #1 had more drawbacks and triple the price and needs alot of upgrades out of the box

Krydex low vis?
Phantom Gear IOTV back when? i want one in woodland, please (yes i know you guys are just the retailer but still)
Insane
Agreed
Nvm I have a Tacticon adjustable. My B.
SKDTactical SST or STT.1 is all I'm gonna say.
Bro just decided to add the most expensive pc and put it at the top. My guy that’s far from “the best” one. 😂
Helmets/face protection
These all seem kinda worthless on account of my level 4 plates being rated for up to 50 bmg but not airsoft bbs
“On a budget”
Rambunctious even..
Hey hey hey, wear tweed errday.
The HSGI Core is dogwater. Absolute trash. It's BAD. I know, I own it. I immediately replaced that heap of garbage with a Spiritus LV119.
Ok. I cant trust someone who says 122 is sub 120 USD. Everyone who know math, knows.
I hate that its also before tax💀 they never include the tax
