Not like in the US. The Island of Puerto Rico has some of the must strict and ridiculous gun control laws. With that said! like in any other place with strict gun controls, ALL criminals are heavily armed, but is almost impossible for the law-abiding citizens to be able to defend themselves.
Es flow Thorax plate carrier… yo tengo un Thorax y funciona mas o menos igual, tengo un set up parecido pero el mío tiene un IFAC (medical pouch) del lado izq, un pouch pars radio del lado derecho, un backpack attached (esta mas para una esquina) y al lado del backpack le tengo un invento mío para unas cortadoras de cadenas.

I found it, it's a Whiskey two four AC1 back panel, runs around 100 bones. Hope this helped 🤙🏾
