He has this light and sparkle to his eyes... a happy and healthy ENFP. I have a better appreciation for him - now that I know we share the same personality type. I think ENFP people are known to do things that make them feel personally fulfilled. Our speech is a little clumsy and we forget our lines sometimes but it's all fine! We love the company of others and also like to have alone time. I think others appreciate how considerate we are. Most of all ENFP wants to feel loved and appreciated. And ENFP loves hugs.
As an ENTP myself, I always found quite intriguing the way Fi works, specially with relateability. Not saying you did, but I see often Fi users say things like that while typing. I am "x" type, and I see a lot of myself on this person or character, therefore they are "x" type as well. Again not saying it is wrong, just as Fi blind myself, I find that very intriguing and fascinating. Because I have never truly related with anyone, all my favorite characters and people are very different from who I am. Of course, I can see similar traits or experiences other people share with me. But if you tell me to describe myself using another person or character as a reference point I go entirely blank.

He doesn't know whether this person is mad at him or not, but his intuition makes him believe so. 😂😂 I’m an infj and after learning about Tomdaya’s personalities, I’m convinced I need to meet an ENFP like Tom Holland. My ex was an E-something but definitely not an ENFP (which could have contributed to our incompatibility). I don’t think I’ve ever come across a true ENFP before in my life. Is this personality pretty rare? Tom Holland seems like such a rare gem. 🤔 ENFP is definitely the mirror to INFJ…we’re exact opposites but compliment each other perfectly. FINALLY A VIDEO WITH SOMEONE WITH MY MBTI TYPE OMG!!!! and it's Tom Holland!!!!! AAAAA so excited I love this!!! I totally relate specially with the cognitive functions:)
And also, what you said about extroverted intuitives being really excited to share an idea is so true. I used to feel ashamed when I was in highschool cause I used to exhibit those tendencies of getting overtly excited when it came to interests that I liked and I think it wierded out my classmates, teachers and sometimes my parents (lol🤭) but I couldn't help it. Discovering the MBTI made me understand why I usually did that and I'm so thankful. I also feel like my Ne is a bit more overtly functional than my Fi as an INFP and it usually made me question if I was actually an ENFP sometimes but I guess since we both share the same functions, but stacked differently, we're kind of the same. 😂
Thanks for the worry! Been working on a lot of behind the scenes system stuff - took me much longer than I expected 🥲☺️ but I’m excited to be back! Hope you enjoy todays video!
Oooh, I think I finally just realized how to differentiate Fi vs Fe when either is high up. I've known the definitions for forever, and I knew I was high Fi, from how understood I felt from descriptions of ENFP. But it seemed confusing the duality of suggesting Fi understands and checks in with the self while Fe understands social cues, what's acceptable, and checks in with others. I highly value both those approaches, and am constantly gauging how other people are feeling and know my mom (an INFJ), highly values introspection. I just realized though, it's not like Fi lacks awareness of what's correct, acceptable, etc or as though Fe has no awareness of internal feeling. It's just that each side struggles if put on the spot about this other kind of emoting. Tom Holland knows when he's stepped outside a social norm and does kind of try to censor himself... but usually cares more about expressing himself. And notably, he gets a little uncomfortable about censoring himself, even if he does decide to do it. Zendaya knows her own internal feelings are in there and important and brings them out in certain moments, but feels more comfortable molding the situation to elevate the group. And notably, gets a little uncomfortable about sharing herself if she decides to do that.
Nice! Yes! Great nuance ! Both can def understand more of both feeling decision making styles than the stereotypes suggest . It’s just about their instincts and preferences when pushed or as you said when put on the spot. Or not quite in their comfort zone. Glad the video could help! It’s actually quite common for IXFJ’s and ExFP’s to relate to both Fe and Fi when they’re first learning so I’m glad the video could help!
You're the best in the biz at this, Eric! Amazing job and I totally agree! I was at FanX (the first clip and a couple others) and we got to do a photo op with Tom and my INFP heart just loved our interaction with him. He was so sweet to my 5 year old niece! I'm definitely a fan, of both Tom and you! Great job!

I really enjoy your 16 personalities videos . The way you analyze the smallest details is impressive and fascinating :D I hope you do this for a while!
You are the best MBTI typer I've seen in the community. I VERY much appreciate your work! I wonder if you'd be interested in going ultra-hard mode, and attempting to type Bo Burnham. People vehemently disagree on ENTP, ENFP, and INTP, and it's especially tricky because he has a stage persona. I spend a lot of time analyzing cognitive functions, but he really does have me stumped
i'd be really curious to see what you have to say about aubrey plaza! there's a lot of debate over her bc she's clearly not in her natural state in interviews but i think people are a little to focused on the things that she's saying, rather than her cognitive process, so i'd be really curious to see what you have to say!
God as an INFP, I could relate to the part where Tom was like "What did *I* do?" I get scared when that happens and then I'll start thinking, what did I do yesterday? What did I do last week? Why did I say that joke!? I really hate it when I did something wrong and I never realized it and I'll feel bad for hurting someone's feelings because I would know how they feel about it :(
As an ENFP I feel exactly the same! I have such a problem with wanting everyone to like me! If someone gives me any indication that they’re not 100% happy, I take it to heart and think it’s all my fault. It can be a blessing and a curse honestly, particularly when you work in a customer service job!
Yes. Lol. I don't usually ship real-life couples but before I knew their types I had an attachment to both for different and multiple reasons each. And when I observed them interacting I was like, I love their friendship! I respect how beautiful platonic matches are too. But to learn they're ACTUALLY dating? It´s a dream (that I didn´t dare to dream) come true! LOL!
@@user-insight thank you, yes I'm aware of tt, but whether I took the test in different times, or trying to figure the order (of Fe, Ni, Se, Ti/ Ni, Fe, Ti, Se) out; result is sometimes ENFJ, sometimes INFJ so I'm not really sure. So I just say that I'm ambivert, since I'm energized by meeting people (new or just my friends) and on my own. Btw, I'm open to your ideas if you tell me some of the most significant differences
My personality is ENFP too, my humor and way of be is very similar with the of Tom ... For this I love him, he is so cool, natural ,funny and pure that i can see this things in him and in me too.. He like of talk , express his fellins with the hands, for explain something and i love this in him!
Since last year I've started being interested in mbti essentially because of my will to discover new things about myself, to understand how i connect with other and how i think. I've always seen analyses on different types of personalities than my own, which is ENFP but today, since I really admire this guy, Tom, I decided to give it a look...AND WOW. now I am totally, fully, 100% sure that I in fact am an ENFP!!! Thank you very much❤️.
I am really curious to see you analyze the BTS members, they're really thoughtful and intelligent guys. I suggest the leader RM, he's the one that speaks the most in English interviews but it would be also interesting to observe the boys interact with each other considering their personality types. It's just something that I would love you to see. I love your content so much! I know you've already seen one of my comment so I won't bore you with my compliments but I really mean it.
Your analysis is always so good! You're probably one of the few MBTI youtubers here who know what they're talking about haha. Also if you decide to make one for Anya Taylor-Joy I would be forever grateful
Tom Holland always struck me as very open and spontaneous as you said. He seems very genuine like he just says what's on his mind rather than filtering it endlessly first (like I do lol).
I think he the fact that : he has no filter , forgetting things all the time ( Ti ) , obvious Ne Looks nervous in interviews Athentic , Honest , Disregarding social norms Fear of hurting people And Everything else you mentioned ... I genuinely think he could be an INTP !
Am I the only one who sees him as maybe more ESFP? He seems chaotic in a more sensory was in my opinion, lots of gestures and talking about real-life experiences. He's also a very talented gymnast and dancer. His way of speaking also seems a bit less poetic or insightful like an intuitive type, but more exciting and to the point like a sensor type?? Just my thoughts hehe absolutely love the videos!
oh shit, this is me, i never knew we had the same personality type cause he's so funny and goofy and i dont think i am but everything does makes sense, im shocked
08:25 that's classic enneagram 9 I agree that he uses Fi-Te / Si-Ne but in reverse order: ISTJ I also think Timothee Chalamet is an INTP 9 for comparison.
@@EricWen obviously I don't believe STJs are cooperate office dwelling robots like the general consensus, otherwise I would pick another type too... in my humble opinion. short answer: yes.
I think Chalamet is too self-critical and “idealistic” to be an INTP. He’s more of a “dreamer” than a do-er to me, and he wants fo be challenged, not logically, but philosophically rather. I would say he is either ISFP or INFP, or perhaps his celebrity persona is “INFP” but his true self is an “ISFP”.
Personality breakdowns of Celebrities is incredibily interesting. Although, I don't follow (or care for) many celebrities so this will probably be my only check in. If you ever do twitch / youtube personality breakdowns, please let me know :)
Agree! RM is a good one and he has a lot of interviews to pull from. I have a theory on which type Namjoon is. They took an mbti test but I don’t think it was universally accurate.
in another life, i’m Toms agent, being brilliant and tidying up all the mess he makes and getting super stressed about it hahaha. I feel so confident about this now i’m thinking about, maybe i need a career change!
I just found this channel and I've been watching a bunch of your videos. They're all so good and interesting. You explain everything so clearly and well. I appreciate that you do each function at a time and go through the structured process throughly even if you can guess the type before you've finished doing that.
Anyone else a *reluctant* ENFP? Like you're an ENFP but you inwardly roll your eyes at your behavior and tire yourself out with your constant enthusiasm.
Zendaya is also NPD as is Raducanu. Basically the same personality, one hits a ball and the other acts. Raducanu is interesting specimen as she won the US open is a psychotic state. Fascinating to watch and to see the interaction with her "handlers" after she won.
Great video as always. I always felt he was an ExFP type but I thought he would be an ESFP. But your analysis makes it clear on why he's an intuitive. Your content is really cool!
To be honest I think his genuine self is an ENFP whereas his "celebrity persona" is more ESFP, some might argue its the other way around, but here are my arguments: I think his intuition is higher rather than his sensory, because he seems to more sentimental and more aware of the future, rather than "living in the moment". There is an interview with Zendaya, where he enthusiastically expresses what he wants his future to be like, and how he sorta has it planned out, and the recent news of him taking a break is a great example of this as well, as he also wishes to do so in order to consider his future. Also in (12:39) he expresses how his experiences and relations will matter to him in the future. ESFP's avoid this and are poor long-time planners, I believe a person with a superior sensory (SE) function, would prefer to focus more on the "happening now" rather that of visualising the future. ESFP's prefer to relieve things as they come, where's an ENFP prefers to visualise all the possibilities and consequences before it comes. I believe ESFP's also tend to be less sentimental as well, but Tom often mentions his past experiences and connections, how he values these, and how important they can become in the future - this is very Intuitive (NE) to me. He's also a major over-thinker, (8:15) and that is also his NE revealing itself, where he might feel undesired. (Interesting, because INFP's share this social misperception as well) NE users want to feel desired, whereas SE users want to feel needed in my opinion. Last but not least, he is spontaneous and constantly excited by new ideas and new people. It's also important for him to choose roles that mean something to him. Rather than choosing roles or films, because they "exciting" or "daring" (ESFP), Tom tends to choose roles that can impact people's vision and mentality, he wants to impact and change the world through his acting, and gets inner fulfilment from achieving this- that is very characteristic to ENFP. Despite all these points however, It's also important to mention that Tom is a famous persona. He might not be showing his "true self" but rather catering some image where he has to act and think a certain way as many other people in the entertainment industry have to, therefore what personality type he belongs to can be an endless discussion, but I stand with ENFP being the most accurate to him in real life.
Love this. Please please please do a video on Lana Del Rey. She seems like an Fi Dom. I could also see few elements of Si in her music videos, she could be an INFP
Lets be honest, I think we all knew Tom would be an ENFP.

Is Eric proposing that Tom and Zendaya are an example of the fabled ENFP/INFJ friendship? 0 . 0
Yes.
LOL!
But she's an ISFJ
You're amazing at typing people and putting together these wonderful videos.
Thanks so much! Lots of work and thought go into them! :)
Are you saying that Tom is a healthy ENFP since he balances his 4 functions altogether?? Now I'm jealous
please do Benedict Cumberbatch
I'm an ambivert NFJ, and ENFP is definetely my fav personality type 💃💃💃
I’m ENFP, INFJs are my fav type 😊
type by cognitive functions so you can figure out if you have an INFJ stack order or an ENFJ stack order. They are very different
you need to figure out your type from functions rather than letters. mbti has nothing to do with social extroversion!
I'm an ENFP 🤪
Dad was possibly INFJ
Uncle is INFJ
Childhood bestfriends are INFJ
Boyfriend is INFJ 💖
I love y'all 🥰
@@user-insight thank you, yes I'm aware of tt, but whether I took the test in different times, or trying to figure the order (of Fe, Ni, Se, Ti/ Ni, Fe, Ti, Se) out; result is sometimes ENFJ, sometimes INFJ so I'm not really sure.
Thank you very much❤️.
this is so cool! I’m obsessed with your videos.
also would love to see an analysis of gigi hadid sometime!! I can’t tell if she’s an esfj or enfj
I love how you basically dismiss the stereotypes and show all the underrated positive sides of each type.
Yesssss
Yeees especially rm/suga who are debated wildly on personalitydatabase
@@dessdrawings5557 exactly
right?? everytime i try to search it up there's always a huge row over xxxp types for them lmao
this ^^^^
Your analysis is always so good! You're probably one of the few MBTI youtubers here who know what they're talking about haha. Also if you decide to make one for Anya Taylor-Joy I would be forever grateful
Thank you so much my friend! Really appreciate it!
Tom Holland always struck me as very open and spontaneous as you said. He seems very genuine like he just says what's on his mind rather than filtering it endlessly first (like I do lol).
Omg seeing him as a kid... WHAT A CUTIE PIE
I can agree with that he definitely is an ENFP 🙌🏻
Your videos are absolutely great! Always such clear explanations and fun graphics... Glad to see you back :)
Thanks so much Eline!!
I’m an ENFP and I used to be a Tom Stan. Like I had a fan account and everything. It all makes sense now lol
Please do a video on Princess Diana
I think he the fact that :
he has no filter ,
forgetting things all the time ( Ti ) ,
obvious Ne
Looks nervous in interviews
Athentic , Honest ,
Disregarding social norms
Fear of hurting people
And Everything else you mentioned ...
I genuinely think he could be an INTP !
ENFPs are the types I can always recognize
Am I the only one who sees him as maybe more ESFP? He seems chaotic in a more sensory was in my opinion, lots of gestures and talking about real-life experiences. He's also a very talented gymnast and dancer. His way of speaking also seems a bit less poetic or insightful like an intuitive type, but more exciting and to the point like a sensor type?? Just my thoughts hehe absolutely love the videos!
he talks about real life experiences but not the specific sensory details. he talks about the impressions and feelings he gets from them
oh shit, this is me, i never knew we had the same personality type cause he's so funny and goofy and i dont think i am but everything does makes sense, im shocked
08:25 that's classic enneagram 9
I agree that he uses Fi-Te / Si-Ne but in reverse order: ISTJ
I also think Timothee Chalamet is an INTP 9 for comparison.
you think Tom Holland is an ISTJ?
@@EricWen obviously I don't believe STJs are cooperate office dwelling robots like the general consensus, otherwise I would pick another type too... in my humble opinion. short answer: yes.
@@huh-se1lo cool! Agree to disagree! Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
If you ever do twitch / youtube personality breakdowns, please let me know :)
this was great!! would love to see your reaction to RM (Kim Namjoon) and the members of BTS XX
Agree! RM is a good one and he has a lot of interviews to pull from. I have a theory on which type Namjoon is. They took an mbti test but I don’t think it was universally accurate.
YES! I'm really curious about Yoongi
@@lexilaughren1995 what's your theory? :D
@@TestaRosssa_ yoongi an intj I’m sure about it
@@TestaRosssa_ same!! I've seen theories of him being an intj and i kinda find myself agreeing to it XX
in another life, i’m Toms agent, being brilliant and tidying up all the mess he makes and getting super stressed about it hahaha. I feel so confident about this now i’m thinking about, maybe i need a career change!
Also, great video, as always! this one was so good, i forgot to say ‘great video’ :)
Do it Chris! You can never go wrong with following your heart.
-A fellow enfp cheering you on!
And what is your personality type? 💗💗 ISFJ? 🤔
I just found this channel and I've been watching a bunch of your videos. They're all so good and interesting. You explain everything so clearly and well. I appreciate that you do each function at a time and go through the structured process throughly even if you can guess the type before you've finished doing that.
Thank you so much!!
Anyone else a *reluctant* ENFP? Like you're an ENFP but you inwardly roll your eyes at your behavior and tire yourself out with your constant enthusiasm.
Lol 💙💙💙 it’s easy to get tired of yourself sometimes but from the outside it’s wonderful and still so special :)
Yass I am an enfp. He does remind me of myslef tbh a bit
Found this in my recommended, i absolutely love how you go about the analysis. Definitely subscribing
Zendaya is also NPD as is Raducanu. Basically the same personality, one hits a ball and the other acts. Raducanu is interesting specimen as she won the US open is a psychotic state. Fascinating to watch and to see the interaction with her "handlers" after she won.
As an enfp i thank youuuu for this video 🛐🛐🛐🛐🛐🛐🛐
Great video as always. I always felt he was an ExFP type but I thought he would be an ESFP. But your analysis makes it clear on why he's an intuitive. Your content is really cool!
To be honest I think his genuine self is an ENFP whereas his "celebrity persona" is more ESFP, some might argue its the other way around, but here are my arguments:
I think his intuition is higher rather than his sensory, because he seems to more sentimental and more aware of the future, rather than "living in the moment".
Phenomenal video, man!! 🙌🏻
Thanks!
Wooooow recommended this lassst timmeee wohooo! Thanks Eric!
not going to lie but it felt like you were describing me personally so this is definitely a special one :) and yes i'm an enfp too
I’m curious to know if Johnny depp and Keanu Reeves would both be INFP’s?
4:50 -- calling out all ENxPs right there lolol
I was nervous for a sec and relieved when he said we're not trying to mislead people hahaha 🤣
This series of brilliant - I hope you continue!! Instant sub. Jennifer Lawrence would be a fun one, she’s such a introverted feeler and I am as well
It’s crazy how someone can get so famous and popular that we can figure out their personality in full from videos!
I would love to know which mbti type Victoria Pedretti is 🤔
I love your videos please make more !! :))
Great video!!
Love this. Please please please do a video on Lana Del Rey. She seems like an Fi Dom. I could also see few elements of Si in her music videos, she could be an INFP
YASSS KING I'VE WAITED FOR THIS
I would be so happy if you do timothee chalamet next💕
I'd actually really be interested in seeing your analysis on Louis Tomlinson , I've just discovered your channel but it's so interesting 🤔.
Thanks for being here!
Thanks for this great video! It'd be amazing if you do Jacob Collier. 🥺
I second this!!!!
you know what’s weird is that my friend is a ENFP and she is funny goofy and really fun to hang out with
6:53 Meu Deus, o Tom está lindíssimo aqui neste recorte! 😍😍😍
Ele deveria usar mais a cor preta em suas camisas e também deixar o cabelo ficar mais cheio, tal e qual estava no terceiro filme dos vingadores, naquela cena icônica em que ele morre nos braços do RDJ.
Love this!! 😍😍😍
Omg pleaseeeeee do more actors!!!
I relate to Tom so much, I’m also an enfp
1:24 I am not sure what is written
I'm ENFP and totally relate to him
Excited for the other marvel cast videos. And since I'm AN ENFJ I really want one celeb who's an ENFJ
I think Zendaya, Anya Taylor Joy and Jacob Elordi are ENFJ’s actually
Yesss Eric! So excited to see a new typing video 😁 Great choice 😍
Thank you!!
Please analyze ADELE's personality type next !!!!
it’s nice to see an enfp and infj together :) an interesting one would be charlie puth hehe
you should do drew gooden and danny gonzalez!
