- Welcome Everyone to my Home! I am so glad you were here to prepare for this fun Ladies Luncheon Birthday Party. We all had such a special day celebrating my friend Sharon.

Lemon Truffles:
2 T. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 c. White Chocolate Chips
¼ c. Heavy Whipping Cream
Zest from 2 lemons
2 c. Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Combine white chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl.
Heat cream in a sauce pan until it simmers.
While cream in heating, microwave chocolate chips and butter for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Pour cream over the top of the butter and chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
Add lemon juice and zest, mix well. Add food coloring if desired. (2-3 drops).
Gradually blend in the powdered sugar.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Chill at least 2 hours or over night.
Set out about 15-20 minutes to soften, then scoop into balls, and roll in powdered sugar.
Chill at least 30 minutes before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator.
Ham (or Turkey) and Cheese Party Roll Sandwiches:
1 Roll of Croissant Roll Dough, cut into 4 rectangles
Layer on meat slices and cheese slices and roll up, pressing the end of the dough to the rest of the dough, so that it doesn’t open up. Slice each of the 4 rolls in to 3rds. (3 pieces).
Place them rolled side up in a buttered casserole dish.
Brush them with a mix of melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder.
Bake in the oven until dough is puffy and lightly golden in color. Makes 12.
Cheeseball:
1 Block of softened cream cheese
Big dash of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, French fry seasoning (or salt).
About 4 T. grated cheese.
Mix all together and roll into a ball.
Roll in grated cheese, finely chopped lunch meat, nuts or have plain.
Refrigerate covered, until very cold. Chill over night if possible.
Set it out at least an hour before serving to that it is not to hard to spread on crackers.

My daughter would love these lemon truffles, they look so delicious. So true the more you can do before a event the better,you can relax and enjoy your guests.
French fry seasoning I’ve never seen or heard of that seasoning before. I’ll have to keep a eye out for it.
The sandwiches look delicious and using the croissant dough is a different and tasty touch to regular pinwheel sandwiches.
