Love the content! Two quick points though as I noticed about merc choices and just wanted to share some info since I took a deep dive on golem/revive necro this month. While I like the blessed aim idea for ensuring Urdar’s CB lands, Act5 and their might aura really isn’t going to buff Revives or Golems damage much at all. This is due to mights ED being applied to Revive’s and Golem’s “hidden” ED each time you point points into them and then that total is applied to the base damage. So basically if you already have 3000% ED from hard points in revive (I can try to find the link, but it actually might be in the 4000 range) then getting an extra 100-200 from Might would only make it 3100-3200 and thus not making it very effective. I feel like the consensus for summoners from what I’ve gathered, and I after playing different styles I have to agree to, is actually an Act 1 Merc with Vigor. Watching your minions run around cracked out is just hilarious too lol But anyways great video! Got me wondering if I should stick with Necro or not for S2 now
Appreciate the kind words bro! Valid point to be honest! That damage increase is almost negligible, the blessed aim was definitely my favourite, and now with your considerations my other choices would be A3 for useful auras. This is pure a UT build, otherwise I would agree vigor could prove to be very useful - bare in mind you'd be better going for Cold merc with meditation and running a harmony for the vigor - helps you and your minions in this case. :-) At the moment, necro definitely seems viable for all stages of the gameplay from beginning to end, however, until Senpai releases full notes this is always subject to change! Uber tristram has changed a BUNCH in season 2.... I think it wont be viable with summons, but I will do tests through the season to check and likely release a video. :-) First instinct is probably not, but lets see.
I'm intending to start as golem revive necromancer that uses amplify damage as only curse but I suppose I can take points off clay golem and put at least 10 hard points in curse mastery to use Life Tap+Decrepify to be able to do UT? I'm not sure where I should be farming as necro ladder starter to make quick money and as a noob I don't know yet how to access UT even(though looking it up shouldn't be a problem, just haven't yet).
I think it would be feasible... Golem Revive is what I used too. Hey buddy - I think I will go Amazon to be honest, Bow amazon... The single most important factor when deciding what to play is to play something you enjoy. I prefer Amazon because of the active fighting (compared to passiveness of letting your summons do the work) and the consideration of positioning to avoid death - it's one of the most engaging fighting styles. Also, will go frozen arrow to farm early as you can see from my Ice Bowa MF guide (ua-cam.com/video/eZBJoqcGnhk/v-deo.html), then switch to physical - the upgradability of the Bowazon is endless and will surely keep me going all season. Of course I will also play my hand on some Uber tristram runners & Dclone fighters - but my main character throughout season will be Amazon for sure. Any idea what you are going to go?
Yep, super useful! Afraid this doesn't work anymore though in Season 2 with changes... see my updated guide for the new budget uber trist build! :-) ua-cam.com/video/-SpRbX7bNoE/v-deo.html
Yes true... I’ll need to check it out with summons. I’d imagine it’s not impossible, with the curses and golems slowing the summons you can corpse explode from a safe distance, will just slow you down.
@@RedStaggGaming I've tried it with a decked out Necro summoner (lvl 40 summons). Mephisto and Baal and their summons were no problem. But Diablo and his minions were more problematic and in the end I had to call for help. He summons his minions more quickly and my summons couldn't focus fire him down quick enough before dying. That being said, I'm going to change it up by putting on a Nosferatu's coil and Blackthorns face on my A2 Merc, as well as dropping points from lower res for decrep with the idea of slowing his attack speed way down so he doesn't destroy my summons. My merc uses Doom but I believe an upped Kelpie Snare, Crainte Vomir, Woestave or Razortine could be substituted for budget options. Some of these options have the small perk of -Monster defence as well per hit.

Hey Eru, you’re more than welcome! It’s designed for Ubers really only, it’s really bad at other locations... instead of relying on revives you can go full summon with skeles for chaos, but then that doesn’t work with uber so well! Better to pick one for farming and have another for Ubers.
what about season 3
I thought any source of life return/gain didn't work on Uber?
Common misconception, lifetap works different from other life returns, so it works. :)
Life tap doesn't work on DClone, but it does in Uber Trist
Thanks for that Skitz. Are you sure though? Last wish is popular af for dclone i thought?
@@RedStaggGaming yea man, no life leech at all against dclone. Last wish is used for crushing blow, high damage and fade proc
what ull go as starter in season 2, already decided?
@@RedStaggGaming ill roll a dice tomorrow Kappa
Easy potion for merc
Shift+1
Yep, super useful! Afraid this doesn't work anymore though in Season 2 with changes... see my updated guide for the new budget uber trist build! :-) ua-cam.com/video/-SpRbX7bNoE/v-deo.html
This on SP? The ubers don't summon on SP which is why it appears to be much easier than online
@@MagpieLee wow shocked that with that you’re struggling! What curses do you apply? I feel like decrepify is an absolutely must... you’re running golems & revives or? And still using corpse explode etc? At a minimum with, desecrate, corpse explode and amplify you should be not too many corpses to clear all the minions but maybe I’m wrong!
@@RedStaggGaming my curses were a lvl 3 decrep, maxed amp dmg. This is a standard golem/revive setup, not a Uber setup. But I'll respec more into decrep this evening and try again.
I also do urge you to try it online where the minions of the Ubers can ruin your day.
@@MagpieLee ahhh ok, and then no lifetap? Yeah bro your right I will see if I can get the energy for it before season 2!
Still working in season 2 ?
Afraid not homie - will do some testing soon and release an updated video when I can!
does this still work?
Afraid not mate! S2 is much harder and revives nerfed. Better with other methods. :)
Where are the minions? minions always distract the revived ones, so this won't work online
Old version of Plugy, and also UT is buffed as heck in S2... I will do some testing and try get a new budget UT runner going and post a vid for you. Could take a couple weeks, quite busy right now.
There is no portal for me to go back to town. If i die, the run is over. Also why is mephisto not spawning adds and why are you not constantly suffering lightning damage while he is arround? I have way better gear, maxed out resits and I die almost instantly. Just lost 3 sets of organs today.
Hey mate - as I wrote in a pinned comment, this no longer works as Ubers got a massive rework, sorry for your organs man!
does this still work in s2?
Afraid not mate - UT super buffed.... Will do some testing and release a new one if possible!
@@RedStaggGaming thank you for the answer
@@RedStaggGaming Subbing just for that video
@@invincible0522 thanks appreciate it! I will deliver this as soon as I can. :)
@@RedStaggGaming Awesome. Looking for any type of uber build :)
This def doesn’t work with the update . The Uber’s summon way to many minions for you to focus them down with that gear 2 setup
Yes and seems in season 2 revives and crushin blow proc is getting a bit gutted, damn. Will work on a new budget UT guide as soon as possible! :-)
@@RedStaggGaming keen to see it! Will subscribe now
is this still viable
Afraid not - will work on a new one in the very near future! :-)
SUCKS THAT WEREBEAR CANT USE HUNGER IN THERE :(
is this build capable of gathering organs?
It was, but unfortunately in Season 2 this is impossible now - will release a budget uber trist runner as soon as possible in the new season!
This likely wont work anymore btw!
Yes you are right!! I will work on a new bduget uber tristram build in the new season sometime. :-)
and then the season2 patch notes hit xD
Always a concern yes, I'm keeping my eyes peeled for this, so far no mention of necro summs, but lets see. :-D
so in season 2 it still works?
Sorry never got a notification of this message - but no it doesnt unfortunately!
Wow, so easy and literally zero requirements
Crazy right?! Just had to share this when I worked it out.
@UC7s2FjA1IO6jG7WsDDMpaaQ The kill comes from the merc, summons are just crowd control so it will still play the same.
@@tilly4rilly no, wrong. Those urdars give crushing blows and curse and clay golem slows enemies.
