With such a large home over 4, 000 sq ft, you need an interior designer to help you out a bit. Other than that, you have done an excellent job except for that kitchen nook table. It looks too cheap for such an elegant home. Your side table by the front door width is too long for that area. Your art work is fabulous! Your wet bar can be filled with Italian sodas and sparkling waters. No more black!!! I think you are blacked out! Your home is my dream home! I love that kitchen!

Love the black, grey, and white color combo! Great canvas pics! Black and white pic and TV hung kind of low. Typically hung at eye level. Would hang higher. Add some pilows to the beautiful couch. Colored pillows to pull from pictures or clean colors black /grey/white colors. Also add a buffet table/side table under the canvas in nook area! The island is absolutely beautiful! Love the wall paper too! Nice job!
I'm impressed! First of all, thank you for the inside tour of your new home. They usually call it a home versus a house when there's family in it, but we're your family. I commend you for your interest in decor, artwork, furniture selection, putting your own artwork up, and even picking out the details of small pieces. I am of the same mindset. You are smarter than me though by doing all this after you're debt free. I was not and had to furnish my house right away and load the walls with artwork. Personally I like traditional furniture, etc., but in this house which is contemporary looking and with all the white and black, your contemporary selections are perfect. I was thinking the dining room would be nice with a china hutch, but then again it might not be your taste. My favorite art pieces of yours are the piano and the guitar. They look like they could have been done by the same artist. I do notice that in this and your other house there is a lot of echo when you talk and that is because of so much empty space and high ceilings and no upholstered furniture, wooden furniture, carpet, etc to absorb the sound. My sister's house sounded the same when she moved in, but once it was all furnished, problem solved. Let me give you a tip on the "no shoes in the house". I'm the same way, but with all the hard wooden and ceramic floors and my need for wearing custom insoles in my shoes because of high arches, what I do is just wear a new clean pair just for inside my house. After my outside pair or pairs of shoes are worn out I replace them with my new inside pair and get my next new pair for wearing inside the house again. I often take a pair like that along also when at someone else's house. Of course I don't wear them lounging or sitting around because I like my feet to breathe. At first I was thinking you got your new house in Colorado because you talked about maybe moving there. You got a lot of house to maintain and clean there.
The windows, door and driveway is stunning 😍❣️ along with the rest of the house. Ok I had to come back.. the washroom screams amazingness. The rose portrait and piano is my favorite so warm along with the wood piece you brought from the other home❣️

I would change the object under the first piece of artwork to coincide more with the african-style. The breakfast nook table looks too plain and small for that space. Black acoustic treatments in your theathre room for the wall behind the couch and TV wall would look good and also be functional when watching movies/tv.
Ut seems like your bedroom posters would be better suited for the office area. More grey, less black accessories and an occasional splattering of color. Art pieces in the bedroom are too big and why are they similar sized ????
