Good little view of The Mendip transmitting station on the summit of Pen Hill, Somerset, at 305 metres (1,001 ft) above sea level, Its mast, 293 m (961 ft) high, was built in 1967 🙏🙏
Thank you Ray!! That’s really interesting to know! Really appreciate you sharing that information 🤗 I will pin it to the top of the comments so that others will see it too. Louise
I keep meaning to do a video like this for the 376 - the service which has been declared as having the most scenic bus route - but I think it now has competition from this service as it looks like they go a similar way at least as far as Glastonbury! Great video!
You certainly bagged yourself the best seat & the views were brilliant. As a one off, as you were doing it, it was a great day out, but you may want another way back if you were wanting to see anything of Bristol. Thanks Louise.
Thanks Louise. Lovely video and very helpful to see this and know it is an option, even if one way only! Lovely to see how where the bus goes to in Street, Glastonbury and Wells, as that is a journey I keep intending to do❤
Great video and a very scenic bus trip Louise! Certainly excellent value for money, and it connects up some lovely Somerset places. Yes, I would like to explore around Pensford too - in fact Martin Pope made a great video from there a little while ago. The famous Stanton Drew stone circle is close by there as well. Good to see Burrow Mump and Glastonbury Tor again! Paul
Thank you Paul! Yes, so scenic! I would love an open top version too! Ooo.. I will check out Martin’s video. The stone circle sounds interesting too. Louise
A very nice bus trip that Louise. Like you say maybe not practical but sure is very scenic. I haven’t heard of Pensford before so am intrigued. All in all a very enjoyable watch. Keep up the good work and enjoy the rest of your week. 👍🏻🚶🏻♂️🚶♀️
Thank you Watto! Yes, Pensford has captured my interest too. It looks such a lovely little village with that impressive viaduct. Pleased you enjoyed it. I loved making it 🤗
For £2!!! Amazing ! I’ve just felt like I’ve been on a trip through the West Countr on the bus with you !! (Catching up on vids and what a lovely way to finish Sunday ! )
I have a confession to make Louise, with the views from the bus and your extremely relaxing voice I fell asleep watching this. I do not know whether that is a good or bad thing😂
Haha 🤣 I will take it as a good thing 😴 I am pleased that my videos have the ability to relax people! I have had a few other people comment the same in recent months. I hope you had a nice snooze!

Thanks Jesse! Such a lovely route! I think there is a similar one from Bridgwater now too. I think it’s the 375.
What a great price for that trip! Am sure lots of people don't know you can tavel on the bus so cheaply. Thanks for filming ☺️
Thank you Caroline!! It’s such good value! I hope more people make good use of it 🚌

Thank you Faith! Yes! I agree and the front seat at the top really is the best!! I hope this new service gets well used.
Wow, that is an incredible promo rate! Too bad they can't keep that price forever. Great review and I enjoyed seeing all the options along the way.
Thanks so much Donna 🤗
