How do you manage to keep the snakes and birds from decimating your stock?

The water may be deep enough for the birds to not get at them but I thought about the snakes too! Obviously something must be working.

1 fish needs 55 gallons of water they said,
or else not enough oxygen they said.

    • @RyanSultana
      @RyanSultana 9 років тому +3

***** You're talking out of your ass. Water being H2O has nothing to do with Oyxgen in the water. Oxygen is O2 and its found in the air. H2O doesn't release O2. From the video you can see there is an air pump and gouramis are also air breathers so you need less water oxygenation. The small holding tanks are overstocked because they are only going to stay there for a day until shipping.

It's interesting to note that the fish at Segrest all look extremely healthy.. and they show 10 gallon tanks filled with 100 2.5" fish each.. However, aquarium Nazis will tell you to have one gallon per inch of fish.. so a max of 10 1" fish in a 10 gallon tank... or four 2.5" fish in a 10 gallon tank.. and yet.. they have 100.. not 4 in a tank.

But they also have absolutely massive filters controlling that water as well as systems that do continual water changes along with a crap ton of medication being pumped into each tank.

it’s interesting to note that most of the fish are there only for few days and are send to fish stores, they dont live there for whole life ! But you can stock million fish in 20gal and change water 2x a day, is up to you, but what do you think? Would those fish live happy life? If you dont want to provide good life for your pets, you just want something to catch your eye, buy TV instead and play aquarium videos all day, you are not ready for aquarium. In nature, those fish live in almost unlimited space and you dare to say 1gal for fish is too much? Who is the Nazi here? Learn some facts before you say something stupid again.

Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) DNA sequence from a sea jelly is ligated into the fish, and the fish then transcribes the sequence to produce GFP.

I hope the next new glofish will be a blue florescent goldfish.
Someone needs to genetically modified every animal in the aquarium or pond trade by injecting jellyfish gene into their eggs to produce a red, blue, purple, green, pink, or yellow glowing fluorescent fish, snail, shrimp, lobster, crab, frog, turtle, coral.

    Makakatulong ba sayo to?
    Tanungin kita..
Gusto mo din bang kumita tulad ng mga partners ko sa team ko?
    Kahit 1k in 1day lang. 3k every week. 9k in 8 mins!
    Tama?
So kung ang tanong mo ngayon ay
    "Pano ba kasi yan?"
    Comment "How?"
    Para maguide kita at matulungan.

I'm pretty sure the both of you should be ASHAMED..
The word he was trying to spell is DYED fish, and you Ian are even bad at being a troll, after that it probably needs explaining that these are not dyed (unlike non orange parrot fish, or the lumo glass tetra) they were once genetically modified, and now specifically bred to be like this.
