all of these years later, i still play this song and get inspired. and unlike the people who bash daryl for no longer being straight edge, you're just haters. as a straight edge girl who's edge is still sharp after all these years, i'm happy for music like this that can still speak strongly to edge kids and still put down drinking and drug use. he may no longer be edge, but when he was, his edge was strong enough to rock many a town. screw you haters.

I don't care if you lable yourself straight edge or not, but the main problem I have is that he spent a good portion of career saying he is one thing and so TRUE. "True until death" and "I would never not be straight edge". Then he just changed at the drop of a dime. It only proved that he is a person whose words don't mean shit. Not to mention it seems it killed his angst and song writing abilities.
@campvampwerewolf it makes lots of sense for people who actually want to live that way, to each their own, this is the problem with the world these days, nobody wants to be an individual or let others be individual, we all wanna complain about what other people are doing or are not doing and have to jude them if it isnt similar with how we live are our own lives, just be who you are and stop labelling it
