Firstly, if you're sending fees from Bangladesh, then you need to have a student file. Secondly, the student file must be in the name of the applicant. The bank account holder name and the student file are two different things. Lastly, you can show others accounts, but in that case, the account holder should be 1st blood. Because they have to submit all the documents to the central bank to get permission for the dollars you need to transfer. However, For further queries, you can contact ‘customer help desk’ of your bank. Their policies change monthly!

You have to use your dual currency card! In that case you have to extend your single transaction limit from 300 USD to 500 USD. You can contact your bank customer care or card division staff. You might have to show some docs as evidence (e.g. visa application form, payment voucher, university offer, etc). I also did the same couple of weeks ago.
