- To pay your tuition fee through Flywire, you must add all relevant information to the website.
Once you've added the necessary information, select your preferred payment method. If you pay via bank transfer, you must go to your bank for processing.
At the bank, you'll need to fill out a remittance form and provide the following documents:
Your offer letter
Your valid passport
Your CNIC (or national identity card)
The bank staff will attach these documents to your Flywire case and forward them for further processing. Typically, the bank takes 2-3 working days to process your payment.
After Flywire receives your payment, it takes 2-3 days to process your tuition fee and transfer it to your institution, college, or university.

I uploaded all asked docs to Flywire in India on 8 Oct 2023 (sunday) & transferred funds into their bank account on Monday. On Tuesday & Wednesday I called their helpline(!) but got no help. Wednesday afternoon they sent me a mail asking for all details AGAIN plus Visa copy. I could send it in the evening only at 18:14. When i contacted, the said to have received the mail but can verify only on Thursday. By now, me & my beneficiary are at the end of our wits. Sure, they can give me the refund, but that'll take - hold your breath - 8 to 10 days! Same country, same currency!!
This is strange, bank transfers are pretty smooth and swiftly done, I'm unable to understand that... you bank transferred the amount but the person sponsoring was some one else ? I'm sorry , I'm unable to understand ..can you elaborate a little more , please , thank you

By using your bank account, particularly a student bank account, any refunds or paybacks can be quickly and easily processed. In case of refund the money will come back to the same account from which you've applied , make sure it's your own account , so the funds get transferred quickly, plus after downloading and printing the payment instructions , you'll go to the bank , the banker will make sure you fill an outwards remittance form , you'll attach your offer letter , passport and CNIC copy with the outwards remittance form and your tuition fees payment will get process and paid through a bank transfer ,

I have opted bank transfer by education loan and then generated unique payment number by submitting all required documents but while sending my loan amount to the university we have discovered that there is a problem in sanctioned loan amount and its margin amounts so i didn't paid the fees to university. I am working on my loan sanction but as i have completed lrs declaration and not paid the amount would that be a problem for me because of the lrs declaration

Sir, i live in Bangladesh and i got a admission in japanese University. If i send tution fee from my country in my currency (taka) then lots of vat will be added to transform in japanese currancy (yen) and my payment will increse. My uncle lives in japan. So it is possible that, if i make flyfire account in my Country, select the currancy in yen and send this to my uncle. After that my uncle will pay from his local bank in japan in yen. If this happen then lots of money will be saved. Can i do it sir???
Your uncle can pay , but do remember, just in case of refunds , or anything , the amount or the tuition fee will get reverted back or refunded to your uncle's bank account ,

It takes a few business days but such type of confirmations get received, so don't worry
If my bank has bank details of my institution itself, can they transfer the tutionfee directly to the college without me using flywire and getting bank details of third part.then this third party will transfer to college. Instead let the bank directly transfer to the institute.
Flywire helps you track your payment , just in case if you successfully managed to transfer via bank , it's still risky and unpredictable to check where exactly has your payment been and whether it has been delivered to your institution or not , flywire is a double check to your transaction that's getting done , via bank transfer or via card , I would still highly recommend to go for a bank transfer , and involving flywire makes it easy to navigate and track things , all the best

It's always fluctuating, search for (RTGS)
The problem is there is no way to add remittance reference in online transaction. What should I do?
Kindly consult your bank , they will guide you related to the remittance form and how to get this done via online payment , my advice , just go to the bank and do all the process via bank transfer , the bank staff will attach the remittance form and other supporting documents straight away , as that's the most recommended way , all the best 👍

These payment are treated with RTGS ( Real Time Gross Settlement ) , kindly add more funds , 20% more than the amount required as some of the money gets deducted by processing fees and taxes , in case it's not happening , simply get it transferred via " bank transfer " option , it's easy and simple , paying via card is complicated and you're always doubtful about the cash limit , ( I hope my answer helps )

Yes as without payment you might not proceed with your LOA as it gets revised after you pay initial deposit of 2300CAD , ( Letter of Acceptance ) and same is the case with other things such as living expenses and stuff, I hope everything is clear to you,

You can track the status via messages (sms) by Flywire or by visiting their website , they also keep on emailing you timely

TCS is not required in this process , it's an online process

Kindly go for the bank transfer, please don't pay in small thresholds as this will get problematic , as the transactions will be hard to remember and trace for refund process if needed later on , that's why , my recommendation, go for the bank transfer method , all the best

Great. I have already initiated my payment for uk university. Tomorrow I'll be completing it insha Allah. I've selected Pounds as payment option. I've inferred from your video that I only need to go to my bank, provide them details and they'll pay it in pounds from my pkr account/amount at interbank rate. Or Do I need to buy pounds first and then give them to bank so that they can proceed?

If you're a Pakistani student , For GIC you'll be needing both FCA ( Foreign currency account in USD ) and a PKR account , Meanwhile for paying your tuition fee , you can use any of your bank accounts whether the PKR account or USD account or any other currency bank account.
Shortly the answer is " Yes " you can use a simple bank account ( like of any currency you if like )

@@KeepHustlingwithAzlan fly wire says we cannot support as beneficiary bank citi bank new York is not clearing the funds into college’s account and they are checking . College notified us that payment does not belong to student as it does not match with student’s details.
We are following up with college and our bank on regular basis also with fly wire helpline support but still the problem is not resolved
What to do ? Who can help us ? We are only left with 3 days of fee extension by college 😞

How much time does it take to get swift copy?
Everything related to Flywire is performed in business days only ( from Monday to Friday ) - it hardly takes 7 business days maximum to get all your payments processed. You'll timely get emails and messages from Flywire as well. Now for the swift copy once the bank has released the payment to Flywire, you may ask your bank for the copy this can take 2 business days hardly. ( As bank verifies and validates everything for the first day and for the second day it performs the transfer ...hence you can easily follow up with your bank after 2 business days ) ,

Kindly print out the bank (payment) instructions, every thing is always written in that , kindly see the video twice for your clarification as when you apply for bank transfer they show all of the details and also give payment details as well, I don't recommend online payments via card , I always recommend bank transfer , as it's the best option

Brother is it compulsory to pay fee through student account or student father account? Im paying fee through my czn account is it okay or not? I asked my consultant about this and he is saying you can pay fee through any account
It's not compulsory, you may use any account you may like , however the refund will only get processed back in the same account used initially with flywire. You can not use a different bank account for refund.
In short the account used in the first place is only going to be utilized for your refund if you need it ( just in case , in the future )

Once processing with flywire they instantly email you about the proceedings, however the payment updates take time , usually 1 to 2 weeks so don't worry about that,

If it is a bank account you are talking about ...it's not possible ( it is not possible to send money to your personal or any other bank account through Flywire )
