Sir i paid my 1 semester fee from my account through flywire now for 2nd semester i am taking study loan which has been sanctioned but to transfer money to college bank is asking their bank details .so , i asked my agent to make a form of flywire to pay the fee but agent is asking the pan no. And account no. Of the payer , however the payer is bank ! I am confused what shoul i do now

You don’t need a swift copy for a flywire transfer. You only need the fee receipt for visa filing which you can get from flywire website.
If you still need swift copy, email flywire they will provide that to you, as they are transferring the funds internationally to you college or university
I have not mentioned reference Id like in my case humber college it starts with ( HUM ) how will they know it is made by me. Through account number, pan card mentioned while filling form ? Money has been deducted and transferred to bank
Send an email to flywire or wait for their response, they won’t process the payment further if it has missing information.

The beneficiary name will be Algoma university or the name of your college and the account no will start with LULU.
You will just have to add them as beneficiary with the provided details by flywire and increase their transfer limit to 10 lakhs. After that transfer the funds. I used Kotak Mahindra bank for the transfer.

But when I got my LOA , university fees was increased and they mentioned total fees 17850 on LOA and I have just Paid 17235 ( 15 dollars less than fee as per pre-offer)

Domestic account works. If using flywire then you transfer to a flywire account which is Indian as rtgs or NEFT. If doing through bank they do it themselves to the college account

Sir i have done 10th in 2018 CBSE = 81% then 1 year GAP after that joined diploma in civil engg. (3year) in Lovely professional university. {2019-2022} passout with CGPA of 8.67.
Then got 7 bands in IELTS. not less then 6.5.
Applied to seneca college toronto civil engg. technician 2 year proagrame but got refusal in caips not reason was you have already done diploma inn civl engg. which is advanced diploma. ( so my agent also said now i have to take bachelor)
And to increases visa chances agent said to take bachelor in university like Memorial univerity of new foundlad or prince edward university.
As fees is less and also he said i will get visa easily
but it will become difficult for me to pay my nexy 3 years tution fees for these proagrams as part time job oppunities is also less in these areas also i belong from middle class family so even cannot ask next years fee from parents.
I thought to apply in the universities and get visa then after coming to canada i want to change the university to some college to ontario area as work oppunities is also more and even i want to change proagrame from bachelor to 2 year diploma after coming to canada.

Yes, it is possible. You can change your college or university after coming to canada. They deduct some portion of your tuition fees and give everything else back

On basis of your bank account. Safe side k liye ,ek affidavit banva lo kisi bhi notary se ya advocate se ki dono name tumhare hai

Ask agent for login details. Ask him the email address he provided in the account because they send payment status emails on the provided email to update on the payment tracking.
To add payee for NEFT who will be the Beneficiary/ Reciptant
It will be mentioned in the payment summary that you downloaded from flywire. For me it was Algoma university as beneficiary.

It will be send to lulu Forex first and within 2 days the university will receive the funds from them and flywire will issue the receipt to you for visa filing process. You will get emails for the funds status as to where they are and progress.

Tuition fee is for fees transfer. Agar college koi deposit mangta h seat reserve krne k liye for admission in the college, vo admission deposit me ata h.

Blood relatives can only pay without any issues. Or else other will have to declare why they are paying or it has go as a gift deed and additional docx will be required for them.

Don’t transfer the payment in single transfer you will have to pay huge taxes. Try to use 3 accounts for transferring the fees - mom dad and brother sister.
Also don’t use your own account as you will use it to transfer GIC, which is mandatory.

1) yes you can use the same account, just use the second persons PAN CARD. TCS is charged on PAN Card not on flywire account.

What are the current charges for flywire. Today i paid my college fees, it was Rs10 lakhs and 31 thousand as per the rate,but the final amount was 10 lakhs and 51 thousand exclusive TCS. I need to know what the other rs20000 was deducted for ?
Flywire charges some additional fees through the rate they offer. Example - if the rate today is 62 then they will give you 63 so that $1 is the conversion remittance charge they take. Like if you go to a government bank they take $0.75-$2 and private banks take $1-$3 as charges.
Excluding the TCS taken by the government as Taxes.

You can transfer funds to your college semester wise as mentioned in your offer letter or LOA. Example: transfer 1st semester fees from mothers account and 2nd semester from father account to ensure two PAN Cards are used and you can save on taxes.

For GIC, it has to come from the students bank account.
They will refund the amount to you and it will not be accepted. If by chance the money went through, then you can claim a refund through your online account or visit bank.

Yourself, because if in case you have to get the money refunded it will come to your account and agent will not have a role to play in it. Otherwise in some cases they charge some amount to get it back for you

Hanji, you can go to your flywire account and regenerate the bank payment. But keep in mind that conversation rate may change and price might decrease or increase

You can use flywire without any issues for GIC. But for the college just call or email international admissions department in your college before making the payments.

Because the 15805cad are qual to 9,54,993 and the flywire shows me to pay 9,76,993 it means all taxes were included ?
Divide the fees semester wise and pay from two different accounts; one from your mom’s and one from your dad’s account.
The amount showed on flywire is the final amount including all taxes and fees. If sent from two different account with 2 different PAN cards.
If you send the money from 1 account which means 1 PAN Card was used then an extra FOREIGN REMMITANCE TAX will be applied for crossing the limit of 7 lakhs in an year on 1 PAN Card.

Sir, I have made payment from Flywire twice with Counsellor agent.But he chrge me with different rate and he make me do payment in his account then he do payment from his account I want to do payment directly. So how can I do direct payment. My counselor sends me the fill form which you have filled and the yellow box comes to complete the payment. There is an option to do payment in different method which I select so there is a option of bank transfer should I go and do direct payment?
Yes, please go through with the payment yourself as it’s easy and convenient for you. By any chance if you change your college or process a refund the money will come back to source accounts which will be for your counsellor, which is never safe.
Doing it yourself will help you get the best rates and the process will transparent for u.

My college is canadore college Scarborough campus, in the offer letter they have mentioned their flywier id but counselor is telling me if there is a friend of yours then only they can transfer your money.

Koi problem ni ayegi bro. Just make sure you college accepts the form of payment through Thomas cook and they provide you a receipt for the payment to apply for visa. Also check their website or contact through email for reversal process and how they process the refund.

Yes, you are correct. Use mother and fathers PAN Card and accounts for the fund transfer, include the same student id for them. That’s how I did as well.

No, that’s not true. You can go to the flywire account and start a new payment, show that to your agent and I am sure CAD will be available.
My agent also told me to pay in usd instead of cad

Sir, i live in Bangladesh and i got a admission in japanese University. If i send tution fee from my country in my currency (taka) then lots of vat will be added to transform in japanese currancy (yen) and my payment will increse. My uncle lives in japan. So it is possible that, if i make flyfire account in my Country, select the currancy in yen and send this to my uncle. After that my uncle will pay from his local bank in japan in yen. If this happen then lots of money will be saved. Can i do it sir???
Yes, you can do that. Ask your uncle to check with university if they can accept the payment from him on your behalf.

PAN Card details have to entered whose account is used for fund transfers like- PAN Card number, name on card has to be entered.
It depends on college or university. For me I had to pay my first semester fees to book my seat and get a confirmation. Post that I sent my second semester fees.
If paying fees select student account payment. If paying just a certain deposit then select admission deposit like -$200 or $500.
How will Flywire know that I did the payment?
Through the account number I mentioned in the process?
Yes through the account no and pan of payer. Also while making a payment through bank you will mention the payment ID (AGO102846134) in remarks which will let them know you made the payment, it’s important to mention the payment id.

How was the fees sent ?
Contact the university to process the refund or go to your student portal it has an option to get a refund. Fill that form online and the university will send you details over the email.
The funds will be send that same way and to the same account from where they came.

When applying for study VISA we have to attach the receipt issued from flywire in the documents.
For checking whether college received your amount or not, wait for some days you will get your final LOA from college once they receive the funds and if they have given you the login credentials for the college website you can check funds there in payment summary or fees.
If above both does not work and you need an instant update, ask your agent to check with your college advisor who did your admission to check on your fees transfer with your student id. As agents have direct tie ups with these advisors from colleges

Send an email to flywire to check why it’s on hold. You might require an affidavit or notarised form to proof the correction needed for payment to be processed.
I also provided an affidavit of one person haveing two names to them for the transferring account.
