It’s frustrating how loud the pianist is here. Granted, the piano part is big, but she totally overwhelms the violinist in places. He’s marvelous. Gorgeous sound.

All violinists sound the same these days. It's the same Juilliard/Galamian sound and vibrato and affectations.
