When you have thousands of paying customers awaiting for your performance, you make damn sure that back-ups are in place. Extra point to prove your BS, Keith most likely has no idea how to get into loading/rehearsal/ staging areas of venues, as the man doesn't drive when on tour. Everything, and I mean everything, is handled and managed by the tour manager.
