Tallulah is a masterpiece...and so is this video. I seriously shed some tears when you talked with so much love about your family. I can see how much the project meant to you and just how much intentionality, passion, and love were poured into her. I have been disappointed that you haven't been able to compete in the Best Customs Contest before in the past. But you've pushed ahead and still created amazing pieces of art. I have cheered you on for years now and will continue to do so. Thank you for sharing the behind the scenes with us!

Man, I feel your pan. I live in Colorado now, and was living in Utah when they made everything online. I won the Diorama contest! Mine was the glowing horse/pooka. I was so proud of myself. I would really like to try again, but Colorado is like, the one state exempt from Breyerfest contests.
Your dad is awesome for making the dragonflies! Husband is awesome for making the grass! Mother is awesome for making the flowers! Friend is awesome for giving the name! And brother ... good for him!

How beautiful! I collected and showed Breyer model horses when I was a kid, back when we had to take photos of our models and send them through the mail - ye olden days, lol. Breyer hadn't even caught on yet to model horse showing, and just a few artists were starting to remake and repaint the horses. I'm so happy to see the hobby has taken off!

Just discovered your channel this morning. How wonderful of you to include your family in making Tallulah! My late father used to tie his own flies too and some of them are keepsakes to me! Tallulah is gorgeous! It bites that people outside the US can't enter their creations! I wouldn't be able to attend Breyerfest now either. In the early years of Breyerfest, they had multiple festivals in different parts of the country. I got to attend one with my mom in Redmond, Oregon, and went to two in Puyallup, Washington. I hope you will get to go someday!

Not gonna lie I'm so jealous that Your family is so supportive. My dad would not have Help me with Projects like this. today I showed him One of the horses that I had just finished painting and he said it would be a good Chew toy for the dog.😔 I love him and I know he loves me. I just wish that he would support my hobbies a little more.
I am very lucky to have them. Sometimes the critics are our biggest motivators. Use that frustration as fuel to do bigger and better things!

Love how you got your family involved, really gives the horse model even more of a soul. It would have been cool if somehow you could have included actual horses, like if you owned one, somehow, like maybe using some of their hair or hay or something... Still, really love the idea.

I envy your level of creativity!! I'm creative but I feel like a 2 year old compared to you lol 😊 I love this horse, im collecting breyer horses too! But it would be awesome if I could make them! I've loved horses since I was a baby! And had a huge collection of them too until my family had to move and we hired movers to move our stuff to our house, they left about 90% of our stuff because they came with a truck already mostly full with someone else's stuff!. I didn't know that my collection of horses were left behind, I had a must go to new house sign on the box of them! Later found out from my brother that they didn't even bother to get anything from my room! So nothing of mine came! I cry when I talk about the horse collection I lost still even though it's been 4mnths, but each horse was actually a gift for me by someone important like family and they are or were memories through my life, but I guess no more and I will have to keep those memories in my mind, still sucks and hurts just as much as ever though 😭 but now I'm starting over and have a collection of 13 small horses, ones that fit your hand basically from finger to close to your wrist ones from online for anywhere from $10 to $30 right now I can go over by 10 on 30 but I try not to do that and I do that every month 😊 so I'm happy with that😊 but this horse you made ooooh i want it! Lol it's beautiful! I love that your whole family made it! ❤ It's made with love heheh and it came out looking exactly like that and more! Excellent work by you and your lovely 🌹 family they should be proud of themselves 🙏 also have a merry Christmas from a Canadian that lives in Coquitlam bc on falcon drive with her family of mother and older brother, I am the youngest sibling. I have an older sister who lives elsewhere but we are just as close as you are with your family, it's so much fun living together with my mom and brother and it's so comforting to, the feeling it gives off is warm and Sunshine with sparkles and happiness forever 😊 it's so reassuring and any worries you have either go away or are shared between you and the rest of the household because they want to help. It's just a paradise to live at, what more can I say🤗😺😍👍💐☺️
