This week, I created one of my most requested monsters so far! I mentioned Chupacabra Mermaids in a video about a year ago and finally decided to bring the spooky creatures to life with the help of Hero Forge.

I'd love to see you create a aquarium scene with something lurking in the depth. Like a scene at seaworld with a twist.
That would be sick
Abandoned SeaWorld cryptid sounds creepily awesome.
THAT WOULD BE FUN TO SEE
he kinda did that with the hot spring diorama
Kinda sounds like the octopus guy (I forgot his name) who was first introduced in the bottom of a pool 😂
I like that the revolver he has his focus on is pointed directly between it's eyes, yet the one he is not focused on is drooping and pointed more towards the chest. Such a subtle yet amazing detail.
Glad someone else felt this way
How awesome would it have been if the revolver was mid spark 😮😮
I always love the little text notes you include in these builds, but "Now, my Spanish is a bit rusty, but I believe they eat GOAT, which is probably why they wanna eat me." is going to live rent free in my head for a good while.
No joke this man does the best water dioramas.
Pure awsomness
He does a great job, but "Thalasso hobbyer" is non plus ultra.
@@mg1342mg 100%. Thalasso does massive resin builds.
@@mg1342mg
Mini bricks channel does excellent water dioramas
@@mg1342mg Thalasso Hobbyer is how I found this channel (in the recommended video section)
Having the mermaids attached to each other just barely to make a web is super cool!!!! It really helps suspend them in water without fishing line or other method. Such a cool mini project
I am one of three people who've been so excited for chupacabra mermaids since you mentioned them. I've definitely left a comment or two and gave up hope. Seeing this on my feed made my day.
Your storytelling with that soothing voice of yours adds so much to this already breathtaking work of art.😮
Is there any meat left on the bone lol?
Nah fr tho this guy should do podcasts and stuff, like Wild West true crime would be fitting
Mermaids actually are vampiric in nature, a realistic scene depiction. Well Done.
I never tire of the imaginary wild west scenarios. Love how self contained this one is. Awesome work as always! God bless!
Awesome build. Man, that Hero Forge kit bashing thing is very cool. Always excited for new Wild Imaginary West creature encounter builds.
If Leo ever made a book of all the things he saw in his life I would buy it in a heart beat
The ridges actually give kind of a Mayan flavor, like the reliefs on a temple. They are low enough they don't really detract from the figures.
We need a full timeline of Leo's adventures, and eventually a movie / animation
"which is probably why they wanna eat me"
😂 Brilliant! ❤
The Wild Imaginary West has become one of my favorite pieces of fiction.
Thanks for sharing it with us!
It would have make the water look more shallow, but would adding terrain to the bottom of the jar have helped with hiding the ridges? Hindsight being 20/20 and all of that... These WIW dioramas are always so much fun to watch, and hear the little stories behind the scenes.
I am OBSESSED with this one. My wife and I watch all your videos and love them, but this project especially spoke to me. It’s so dynamic in the posing of the minis, I love the round shape of the diorama, and I can see the story so clearly even at a glance. Love it!
I love the way you arranged the chups into one creepy mass
My gid, there has never been something I've wanted to make a DnD world out of so much before, the wild imaginary west universe you're creating is truly so so amazing, and creation-inspiring!! (edited for spelling mistake)
Your channel is singlehandedly fueling my thalassophobia and I'm all here for it haha.❤
This is now my favorite pour. Absolutely nothing lost below the surface. Aaaand once again, time vanished rapidly in the WIW. Nine minutes felt like four.
you should make a 1 to 1 scale 'Leo's journal' and write all the stuff that he's done. also, you should make a diorama of leo riding a wild imaginary west giant sea turtle, because that wold just be plain cool.
Your calm story telling is right up there with your builds. Brilliant.
Oh WOW! To my imagination it feels like the Chupacabra Merfolk are like the kins of Scylla the Sea Beast.
I like waking up an hour before church, so its nice to have a Boylei video to look forward to aswell!
You are quickly becoming the king of resin pours.
This turned out absolutely amazing
Idk why, but this is now one of my favorite builds of the series. Lol. I think that action scene/storyline is so fantastic.
A new addition to the Wild Imaginary West is always welcome! This came out beautifully!
Great project! Always enjoyable to see editions to the Imaginary West.
Well that's my new favorite WIW model, that's beautiful
You probably need to stay out of a boat near any Mermaid Chupacabras...cause you're the real GOAT Boylei!! Another amazing build and video!!
That looks so cool! I love Leo now. Please make more of his stories!:) Thank you Boylei!
This is phenomenal! I love the round resin pour.
One idea to hide the peanut jar bottom you could add rocks around the outside
What if - hear me out - you made a surreal scene with fish wearing tophats and an underwater blackhole?
"Unfortunately for the creatures, there were only 11 of them, and Leo's revolvers were fully loaded . . ." What a great line.
I think you've hit the jackpot with the Imaginary Wild West. I enjoy it as a setting immensely. Another cryptic-like creature you could use in the future would be the Thunderbird, lots of potential for over-zealous bandits who get their socks rocked when they try to steal its eggs or feathers or whatever. Always love these dioramas!
Those giant turtles you talked about sounds like an interesting setting. I'm picturing island sized ones, perhaps someone sleeping on the sand of one's back.
Hell yeah, I've been waiting for the chupacabra mermaids for forever
The fact that you could remove litterly all the air bubbles is absolutely mind boggling!😍😍😍😍
I would love to see a video with like all the amazing creations from the west so far
Masterful work once again Boylei!
I would still love to see you make a fantasy town alongside the dragon attacking the tavern it was so cool
These are one of my favourite things to get warm in bed and watch this at the end of a long day. Thank you
No way he actually did it. HECK YEAH!!!
I love hero forge and your display of the new kitbashing feature made me re-up my pro subscription!
Reckon those chupacabras don't get out much, or they might know Leo's reputation. Their loss, literally. Amazing action scene, many thanks!
Fantastic on many levels as usual.
I’d say that this resin pour with technique and clarity you achieved makes this the best pour you’ve ever done. 🏆💪!
those ridges make the final diorama more home mande and down to earth like I could take a random bottle and do the same. its actually very good
Probably the best diorama yet!
Another amazing video. Always enjoy your work.
I NEED an illustrated book about the Adventures of Leo in the Wild Imaginary West! This is awesome.
This is your best work yet! Great paint job and very creative & beautiful arrangement.
What we need is more real sized Imaginary Wild West props, I will never stop loving them.
Love seeing how you approached the rounded resin pour! Very cool to see. Thanks as always for the awesome videos.
The round resin turned out SUPER clean dude, great work! I'd love to see how a similar setup could look with a light below it, I feel like it could be really cool!
Whether intended or not, I like the way the outside edge sits 'above' the middle.
Thanks so much for the shoutout! I almost fell of my thwart!
Glad to see Leo is back the legend that he is.
I love Peter Brown!
You should really make a series on Leo and the tales that sparked from his travels. Perhaps a story on how he stared down a predator without even drawing his gun and just walking past it.
This is one of my favorite dioramas that you have made!
You’re the best advertisement there is for Hero Forge, hope they’re paying you appropriately!
This came out GREAT!
This turned out incredible.
Amazing! Leo is absolutely legendary.
I’m not sure if you’ve been to/heard of the Superstition Mountains in AZ. Legend has it that there’s buried “lost Dutchman’s” gold somewhere in the mountains. There’s also a natural phenomenon where the sun casts a shadow on the rocks that looks like a giant cougar. A diorama with treasure hunters coming face to face with what is in fact an actual giant cougar seems like a perfect addition to the W.I.W!!
Or he could use the Black 4.0 to make a Giant Shadow Cougar. Since shadow people and big black cats are also types of cryptid that could be fun to work with.
I like the original and more creative monsters that aren't just a huge animal
You've got some mad skills, brother.
Beautiful, you have inspired me to make multiple dioramas of my own, thank you for constantly making new ones and inspiring me and many others all the time!
Outstanding as always, love your builds and the world they occupy! nothing more to add except just brilliant!
Very creative idea. I love your Wild West, monsters and tech cowboys, very...wild. The stories you create for your characters are fanciful and care free and even though they are independent, they somehow seem to blend in with each other if you were to compile them. Keep up with the great work...and thanks
Truly amazing work.
Such amazing work, as always. KUDOS TO YOU, GOOD SIR!
Awesome build as always! If you're looking for ideas, maybe a schoolhouse in your wild western town where they teach monster hunting to the children?
Peter Brown’s videos are the best to watch if you want to see resin experiments.
FINALLY! And in a fun and interesting way too!
Super cool. Great job on the diorama.
Awesome idea, really liked this video--you could also add a single LED light to the lid underneath, and it would be a night display with the up-lighting effects.
YOU are the best!!! I love all your creations! ❤❤❤
These are exactly what I pictured Chupacabramaids would have XD
Finally! I was wondering if Chupacabras would make their debut
Another amazing build! I also hate when i miss something obvious like those ridges on the bottom of the jar :| can relate to that 100%!
very cool, love water attack scene
Such a simple idea and execution of the diorama yet it looks awesome, what a nice work! :)
Loving this project!!! Looks amazing 😊😊😊
Omg i’m obsessed with the wild imaginary west you should definitely do a scene with a giant centipede if you haven’t already
Always a joy when you build The Imaginary Wild West❤
Love this build.
In my mind, if you added a lantern on the boat and 2 fishing lines you can ad lights.
Using the fishing lines as + and - .
Would ad extra depth to the water.
But, just an idea, i could not build what you are building.
Super great job, as always.
That is awesome and very creepy! Great job!
Wow, that’s incredible!
Epic. Love this
This made me think about the water babies said to inhabit Pyramid Lake in Nevada, this looks so terrifyingly awesome!
Looks good. Love the backstory surprised you didn’t include some diffuse LEDs to light it up from the bottom.
Please create a mad scientists lab, where he has loads of wet specimens in huge vats etc. Maybe trying to reanimate a monster like Frankenstein!
i LOVE resin pours!
In-freaking-sane! I love it!
Please do a tiny diorama sometime in the future
Outstanding work!
👌👍👍👍
Bro this shit is so tight, I'd love for a book of creatures/notable figures/locations/lore for this world
