I’m no horse girl, but I can appreciate a nicely customized horse when I see one
It’s not horse girl it’s Equestrian
@@EquineEmpireOfficialwell. There’s a difference between horse girl and equestrian
Yeah, I used to be a horse girl when I found this channel (I’m not anymore) but I wouldn’t dream of not following Josephine’s art cause in no other niche would you find this level of dedication and skill. It’s always so beautifully done, I think everyone should appreciate the effort put into this hobby.
Same
I love how your dad just automatically knew, he seems like such a great sport. 🤣 Also I love all your pieces, they all look so wonderful. 💖💖💖
I am a Fjord Horse owner and model horse collector and I just want to say, I loved watching your video! I have considered learning to make my own custom models, but I don't think my poor old hands could do it at my age. I only collect model/figurine Fjord Horses now and I truly appreciate your artistry. My gelding is 19-years-old now and I've had him for 11 years. When Ludvig's coat came out more rough than you wanted, just know it looks just like my horse's coat looks now. After he turned 15, his coat summer coat started growing out slower and more rough (no, he doesn't have PPID, AKA "Cushings," and I have him tested every year), so Ludvig's coat is very accurate. My gelding also has three very smooth gaits, collected and extended, and is truly a pleasure to ride. We train, compete and participate in many disciplines, English, Western and in hand including parades and police work. His registered name with the Norwegian Fjord Horse Registry here in the United States is "Ivor Gjestar" and his barn name is "Officer Butters." Again, you produced an amazing horse and you should be very proud. Anyone would be honored to have such an excellent example of a true Norwegian Fjord Horse in their collection!
This looks exactly like my Fjord, Stina! The leg markings, dorsal stripe, and forelock are on point! And your pastel coloring is AMAZING! Great work on this model, Daisy :D
Does she have a star on her forehead?
Or he sorry
@@Charlottebowwalker1432 She doesn’t, but she does have fur that looks like a star! I think that’s what Daisy has on their Fjord!
I love how the dad doesn't even question it anymore, he just saws the horses body parts off
Forreal💀
Fjords are my favourite horse breed so I got really excited when I saw the thumbnail. It turned out absolutely amazing! As always I'm truly impressed by your skills and dedication ❤️
Me too they are one of my favorites to!!!!!!!!!
Ladies and Gems, the cutest boi arrived!! love him
Awh thank youu💗💗
I love the amount of care and detail she puts In every horse. It’s refreshing to find a new artist for me to enjoy that shares the same favorite animal! I’m definitely subscribing and looking forward to any new horsies that come out!
I think you did an amazing job on Ludvig! He is definitely realistic and adorable. I personally think Fjords are one of the best horse breeds out there and I think you did an excellent job of representing the breed. Have a good 4th of July! :) 🐎❤
I think you did a great job! Fjord horses have always reminded me of Przewalski horses. I guess it's those short manes. But I find their stocky, stout little features so cute!
Fun little trick I saw when a model has a too broad or narrow forehead if viewed from the front: Chop the head off. Split the head in the middle in a V shape (since the muzzle is usually correct in width). Then either tighten or widen the upper part of your V, depending on what you need.
Granted, correcting this and making it smooth takes a while after you sculpted the head back together, but it's the perfect solution for the head-problem. :D
Also: Leving your custom for a few days and looking at it again is PERFECT to find issues and make something you're very satisfied with! It helps me greatly to find faults or better options for some things. I can recommend this method VERY much. ^^
I think you really did the most amazing job with this custom. Especially the forelock just looked absolutely perfect as you did it! I can't stop looking at it, it's really perfectly done since it looks great with AND without tack on. Very well done~
Thank you soo much!
That solution for widening the head is actually so smart, should have thought of it earlier😅
I'm glad you enjoyed the video and work💗💗
@@DaisyStalls You're very welcome. 💖
I never would have thought of that trick either (not anytime soon anyway), I found Creative Kristen Taylor and her Custom Arabian videos. Not sure which video it was but she showed that genius idea in one of her videos and I immediately had to write that down for future projects. XD
Hopefully this trick can make some of your future works even more amazing. I'm looking forward to it~ 🥰
This puts my fjord custom to shame! Wow it is absolutely stunning
As a Norwegian fjord horse lover, and an equestrian who’s heart horse is a Norwegian fjord, I loved watching this video
The first horse doll i ever got was a fjord, but at the time i was obsessed with palominos so i insisted it was one. I still have him, he’s the only horse that I still have. The first horse i ever rode was also a rescue fjord. He was so stubborn, but I loved him. its nice to see fjords getting love
Beautiful! I'm not a horse collector but I've always loved how Fjords look. Ludvig turned out incredible !
Hell yeah another Daisy Stalls custom! So excited i finally made it to see a live video :D the work you do is stunning, seriously it should be on display at an art museum
Damn, I would pay good money for a ticket to a Customized Horse Figurines museum!
How do we make this a thing? The world needs this.
Yep you got that right she should work for Beyer!!!!LOL 🎉
Just found this channel and I’m in love! It’s so nice to watch
The deer is a cool part of this model
I love that with the mane you did it realistic and not just in a straight line
next time the grainyness from the sealant happens, try using anything made out of terry cloth and "polish" the model when everything is perfectly dry. it might help!
My favourite of your customs! His face 😩I love duns/wildtypes and his pangaré and stripes are just... so pretty 😳
Thank youu!
really nice custom, and whatever graininess was left actually added a sort of plush fluffy texture to his coat that's so common with them. he's very cute.
Honestly I have been dying to get a new video from you and I think it was worth the wait because that model is gorgeous
I am so excited!!! I love how realistic everything is!
The little things make a big difference, I’m so glad that you found some new techniques that you love! You’ve come so far with your customs and i hope you continue to find new ways to bring your plastic pony’s to life! Much love from America! ❤
Its fiord yeeeeeaaahhhh❤❤❤😊😊😊i LOVE it
The Fjord ponies I have known were all sturdy, boxy looking and really sweet. You have done a great job, as ever Josefine and I love the Etsy stuff, I will definately have a look there! Youre sometimes way too hard on yourself though, I think you got the colouration spot on and it doesnt look grainy.
Josephine that is so AMAZING ! I wish I were as talented as you are. You are the reason I got back into model horses and started my YT channel 🤍
off topic but i love your nails and i am so jealous of them!!
LOVE!!!! Daisy you always make the best of well EVERYTHING
I think he turned out wonderful and lovely and absolutely accurate! 🤩🤩🤩I am riding fjords as well and I absolutely love them🥰🦄
Love your Ludvig! Great photos, too!!
I love him!❤ I custom horses myself and seeing your work is amazing❤
Love how the dad has done so many that he know when she brings a model to saw of the head 😂
Ahh the fjord looks lovely! Your customs have improved so much since I started watching your channel 2 years ago:)
This gotta be the best fjord scuplt i have ever seen😍
just a tip with the 3d printed stuff! i would sand them to get rid of those lines! just a normal thing of sandpaper will work, think it'll work wonders and make them look even more realistic
You should make a video where you use only spare parts of horses you cut off, like tails, heads, necks, etc to make a fully custom model! It would be so cool and theres so much room for creativity!
your videos are a rare treat that are worth waiting for! He's a cutie
You have captured the fjord breed so perfectly!!!
At my barn we have a Fjord and beautiful horse that he is magical beautiful creatures and beautiful horse you made!
WOW I love your work so much! You are such an inspiration to me (although I will never be as good at this as you!!!!!!!) This horse is beautiful. Amazing work! I love how realistic this model is! I love all your videos so much!!! ❤❤
He turned out beautifully! My personal favorite breed is Frisians, but Fjords are right up there with them.
Awww he is so pretty I love fjord horses sm
I really like that horse and breed. He's so cute and so pretty. You're really talented.💜
Hey! I’m not a huge horse person, but this video is super informative. I have my own toy I’m going be trying to modify as well, and this is a great vid on what to do! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to fix anything after I primed, so seeing you do that was a relief. Have a good day!
Beautiful Fjord Horse 💖😍🐴
Fantastic job on the horse, my favorite are the seasons. Have a great fourth of July.
Fjords are my favorite, what a lovely depiction! the detail on the face is so well done I feel like I could reach out and pet him.
I absolutely love your attention to detail when you model these horses.
Oh no I won’t be able to join the premiere, but I‘m already so excited!
Your the queen of crafting!!!
as always, your videos are so inspiring and motivating :)
my old favorite riding school horse was a pretty old fjord mare who kept my beginner ass in the saddle effectively, but she also took me over my first crossrail when i lost control of her at the trot 💀💀she was a saint and i’m so sorry she had to put up with my flopping
Ah thank you, i'm glad you like them :)
And isn't that all of us :')) Bless the riding school horses who put up with all kinds of horrible riding🫶🏻🥲
heya ! a tip to help you fix the mistakes when your creating the pose (no sculpting yet), take a picture of the horse and flip the image. I do this while drawing and it helps me a ton to find and fix mistakes. your brain gets super used to seeing the same thing so its much harder to find imperfections so by flipping the image its like seeing it again for the first time :)
Love how sweet your dad is about it! In the future you might want to see if there is the possibility of you getting a Dremmil or Rotery tool to sand off the made in china mark but also to be able to cut them up safely. Less pressure is needed than with a knife so you can prevent cuts but also you can get some tool safety skills and save yourself time!
Absolutely lovely work! Your very skilled!
Hahah right! He is the best really :]
Thing is, I actually have a dremel, but I just really find it scary *-* It's probably safer, but the fact that it's so loud and poweful makes me not want to use it :')
@@DaisyStalls Thats totaly valid to be scared to use it! Its a big thing to learn how to use. My best advice would be to go over safety rules with your dad and then pick a project (like maybe making a stable out of wood and using the dremmil to carve it) as a way to get used to it. Respect of power tools is important but if your hesitant to handle them it can be harder on your hands in the long run!
Just stumbled on your channel and this is the first video I’m watching if you : it was very interesting ! I had a lot of fun watching and I’m gonna look into your other videos asap ! Great work 😊
This turned out amazing!! I stumbled upon your channel the other day, and I've been binge watching your videos.
I'm awful at sculpting ears, you make it look so effortless somehow 👏
so so gorgeous!!!! amazing work yet again
Wow, that looks amazing!😮
I love him! And I really love fjords. I don't ride them but I really do love the breed
He's beautiful! I love how you sculpt, the attention to detail is divine!
He is so cute❤ i love him!!😊
Your videos are like drugs😫i cant belive you are so talented, your work is amazing!!!!!🤍💕
this is the first video that i watched so i am new but the way you spoke made me subscribe and i love your art so well too that is also why i subscribed so i will be watching your videos a lot😁
Ahhh! I love Fjords- I wish I knew how to do something like this so I could have my own custom fjord horse
I love your work I’m trying to make one rn! I hope you keep on making more!
He's fantastic! I found your channel a couple years ago when I was looking for DIY barn props, and I subscribed after watching one of your model horse makeovers. Your customizing work blows me away.
Your dad sounds so sweet
He is so cute!!!!
You are so amazingly talented!😍
Your customs are drop dead gorgeous
Young lady, you are very talented modeler. Keep up the fabulous modeling. Love your work. ❤😊
haha 20:47 is exactly like me when taking sales photos for my.. real animals lol
He's gorgeous! You are so so talented!
Hi Josefine!❤ You did an AMAZING job on the horse! He is definitely one of my favs. Are you doing a vid on the tack? I love seeing how you make it. You inspire me soo much! love your vids btw :) Happy 4th of July!
Thank you so much!
I made a video on making the saddle he is wearing! The video is called making a western hunting set.
Thanks for watching and i'm glad I can inspire you ♡
Ludvig is absolutely STUNNINGGG, you did such an amazing job :)❤❤❤
i absolutely love your customs and i love watching your videos
He is so cute! I want him now
So excited!
You have so much talent :) 😍
wow you are SO talented!
soo pretty
Nice, very pretty
Another absolutely gorgeous custom! I'm a great admirer of your work 😍
Love how this custom turned out! It’s always gorgeous to see how you shade your models and sculpt their manes and tails especially. I live in the U.S but interestingly enough my barn has one fjord horse. She’s a brunblakk mare in her late twenties (named Evie) and when I did ride her she definitely had a strong will power that’s for sure. If she figured something was too much work she would firmly avoid it and nothing I did could change her mind 😅 But other than that, she definitely had a calm demeanor that I really liked because it made it very easy to try different things with her without worrying about spooking.❤
I love this model! So cute! Fjords are one of my favorite breeds!
Oh Josefine! I'm waited so long! You are best! You are so talented and all what u made is gorgeus!
I’m in love with this custom so much! It’s so pretty 😃
You are sooooooo talented! I wish I could customize a horse model like that.
At this point you NEED to work for a horse model company, I mean it’s amazing on how u have the skill to do this all. Sometimes I wish I had your artistic skills!
You have to have a lot of courage to say “hey dad! Can you saw this horses head off?” 😂😂😂😂 ❤love your vids btw❤
you have some real talent!!
Gorgeous!!! Well done Daisy!
It turned out so amazing! Fjords are my favourite and you absolutely did it justice!
Love your channel!!! This was the first of your videos I have watched and I subscribed immediately!!! Handsome Fjord
Impressed by your sculpting. Nice work! ❤
I love your patiace, i could never haha.
this is so impressive omg!
He is sooo cute, 😍 love him
