Thank you for this. Had to do my 4th big chop and want a protective style that won’t cause too much tension on my sensitive scalp. Longest I’ve been able to keep braids in was 1 week. This looks like something that I will be able to wear for longer 🙌🏽❤️
I love this and you're rite about the rubberbands and tension. I gotta take mines down and do that method. 💯 my hair would grow as well. I love this and thank you❤️🌹❤️
@@lovepassionhair I'm taking out my rubberbands and redoing my hair. It feels much better. May last 2 or three weeks but imma see. But I thank you so much.
I think it depends on how thick or thin the persons hair is naturally. If the hair is thick it may look fine with the braided root. If the hair is thin I wouldn’t recommend
If you twist your natural hair then add extensions near the ends, still using gel and rotating like you did in the video, will they look out of place or fall out easily? (for people with slightly longer natural hair that want a bit more length)
You can always purchase a longer hair length to avoid adding hair. However, If you prefer to add more hair and slick it down with the gel it won’t look out of place if the tension of the twist is slightly tighter when adding in & consistent as you twist the rest. It shouldn’t fall out easily but if the piece you add is short then theres a chance it could side.
@@lovepassionhairwhat if u want ur hair to loc is this a good way to do it cause I just got these today and I wanna loc my hair in it I only added 3 inches to my already long hair
Its about a 4-8 hour service depending on length and size so between 200-300. For his in the video it wasn’t as much because of the amount of braids I did too. Had he wanted it really full it woulda been a lot more
How long would you recommend someone leave something in like this ?
4-8 weeks. No more than 12 weeks!!

This style is really cute when parts and twist are don’t right and neat.
Thank you for the help and new technique
You are so welcome!
Can you do a twist out with added hair if you don’t unravel the braided root and will it look right? Haha

@@lovepassionhair super helpful, appreciated
I want too get this done but I don’t know what too ask for ? Do I say two strand twist with added hair ?
My clients send me UA-cam videos of methods they want to try! Contact your stylist & see if they offer what you’re looking for
What type of hair did you use? I have soft, thin hair.
Waterwave hair, whatever mimics your natural curl pattern.
What's the best fake hair to use so someone can't say " oh that's fake hair"
Cuban Hair or Jamaican Twist resembles natural kinkier textures and water wave for looser curl patterns
Thanks for the reply @@lovepassionhair
It looks good
What was the audio for 2:45 we can do what to make it look natural?👀
Sleek your natural hair into the hair that you’re twisting before you twist
Hi! What type of hair did you use? Thanks!
Im using freetress pre fluffed hair! I can’t remember the exact curl name.
Thank you
What kind of hair did you use
FreeTress - Pretty Poppin pre fluffed hair
@@lovepassionhair thank you!!!
Yes... I am wondering the same thing? I didn't see it listed in the description box.
Will this make your real hair grow if i leave it in for a while?
Yes! As long as your hair is in a protective style it helps with growth, just don’t leave it in too long because your hair can loc!
