Really depends on how you keep it up. I’ve had mine last for over a month. But with my hair being a softer texture, after about 3-4 weeks, I’ve noticed my hair curling out of the twist! But when I start putting edge control on the ends of my hair and started tucking it inside of the weave prior to twisting, it started lasting much longer! My only problem aside from that was the new growth that I had at the root!

Does this work for straight (thick) hair. My hair is wavy btw & also i got the length for that.
Yes, if your hair has any kink or curl to it’s texture, it should work! You don’t necessarily have to do this style with weave.
It would be similar to doing a two-strand twist.

Like can you take the Extensions out of you’re hair or do you have to cut it out?
@@epic8978 you can cut it and then untwist it. Just make sure you don’t cut the twist where your REAL hair is!
Did you relax your hair?
No, before I braid or twist, I will blow dry and stretch my hair. But no chemical relaxer.
