Transposing it to D is nicely effective. I eventually settled for G after spending a couple of decades struggling with it in A. If I might criticise a little, some of your chord voicings sound a bit jazzy, but yours is a beautiful, delicately phrased interpretation, with a very nice tone. Thank you for sharing this with us.
