Leaving CA for NH in 71 days. Not that I'm counting them or anything :) Ultimately the best reason is the people. It just feels different in New Hampshire.
@@polylight That's awesome, Congrats! I was thinking southern NH as well. Gonna visit next year with the lady and see what we think. Good luck with the move!
Lmao, you grow up in Ca? You’re in for the shock of your life when that snow hits you. If you wanna know how it feels, go walk in a walk in freezer while somebody throws blended up ice cubes at you while a fan is blowing in your face.
I always suggest speaking with a mortgage lender, as they're the experts in that area. Although in general you could put as little as 3.5% down with an owner occupied FHA loan. (That will depend on personal factors such as credit score.) If you'd like me to connect you with a local lender, don't hesitate to send me an email.

That's awesome! Where did you decide to settle in NH? I'm in the East Bay Area in CA and want to move to NH in 5 years or so.
@@evanspiteri3576 Manchester area. Middle of things with good suburbs for schools and also I have a sister who lives there.

I wanna move there. 😮
Good points. Thanks.

Good morning Cody. Can you tell me the average amount one needs for a down payment on a two hundred thousand dollar home?
