Jenn!! Divine Guidance has sent you to me! My husband SUDDENLY got this irresistible offer in NH so we’re relocating from the Catskills to someplace near you!! I feel instantly better. Now that I know of a ball room dancer there, I like it already!! 💃🏻❤
Thank you so much for your videos! I'm moving to New Hampshire this summer and I'm just browsing through the web about how the state is like and so far you have the best videos and descriptions! I really appreciate all your helpful videos!
We are moving from the Oregon coast to NH next spring. Your videos are far and away the best I have watched in my search for a place to call home. I have never traveled farther east than Illinois, so I am trying to absorb relevant info as quickly as possible. We have searched online for our next destination, looking through almost every state except the east coast. Then my 22 year old granddaughter moved to NJ and I had to check it out. I love everything about NH but It's scary, like moving to a foreign country! So Jenn's videos have been a lifeline that I deeply appreciate. Thanks so much for all you do, Jenn!
I grew up in Oregon from 1975 to 1995. Oregon was beyond awesome in those days. Went back there in 2022 and can hardly recognize the place. We left Oregon and moved to New England in 1995.We lived in Maine, Massachusetts and now New Hampshire. I love New Hampshire. It is the perfect mix of urban and wilderness accessible. It feels much bigger than it is and has a lot to offer with Boston close by and tons of hiking etc. Plus no sales tax just like Oregonians expect! Great schools, low crime and fantastic seasons, and still a sense of "live free or die". I'll never leave.. It's a wonderful place to live.
Such a great informative video that’s clear and easy to watch! We are in the UK and are desperately looking for the right state for our family. NH is ticking all the boxes so far. Seems great for business! May I ask; our son wants to study Law, he’s just finishing school here in the UK all of his grades are A*. Is there much opportunity for law school in NH? And then lawyer employability? Thanks in advance…. 1 last thing 😂it seems as though Manchester may be the place for business opportunities so really going to look into this area along with Bedford being 15min drive away. How far are these areas to the coast? (We love a beach) 😂 thank you again for your great video, I will be looking through your other videos now too! Subbed and liked 👍🏻 have a great day ☺️
The Biggest part of the entire Northeast region is all mostly beautiful. I'm a native born New Yorker from the Bronx. I lived in Salem Massachusetts back in the early 80s? And while living there? I did get out into both New Hampshire and Vermont and saw first hand the magnificent fall colors up there in the Northeast. Those great and beautiful fall colors up there simply can't be beat. At least in my view. I've also been up on the Hudson and there too away from the city? Looks great as well in the fall. Maybe not as rich in fall colors? But pretty close to it indeed. In close I've thought of moving back to the Northeast and New Hampshire has some great offerings. I most likely ? Won't make it there for at least 6 to 7 more years but the great Northeast is where I will end up no doubt. Thanks for sharing this great video post. Of N.H. take care
Hi, I’m new to your channel & love your videos. I’m retired & don’t drive, I’ll need to live in a metro area to; rent, closer to stores & Doctors, library, etc.
Really like your videos, would love to see you do one on Lincoln, it's my favorite town in New Hampshire. It has a section with stores and restaurants and other shopping, but it also has areas that are quiet and more laid back. It's beautiful mountain views all around, and a lot of things to do really close by.
I also love Lincoln! I have spent time on Loon Mountain (in winter and summer), hiking the Flume Gorge, and enjoying Clark's trading post - now Clark's Bears - as a kid and now with my kids. I plan on doing a video series on various NH towns, and hopefully I will get the chance to visit Lincoln again soon.
@@NHHomeandHustle I live in Rhode Island and stay in Lincoln whenever I go up on vacation . I'm now disabled and seriously considering moving up to Lincoln. Yes, Merrimack has the Outlets and the Anheuser-Busch Brewery, as well as other big employers and easy access to Nashua and Manchester. Thanks for the comment!

Property taxes are by town, and they vary based on the amenities and individual town needs.
