Still I prefer not having any english subtitles on the video, it would be great if you could put them as subtitles for youtube, so everyone could activate them when needed

After 17 years, I looks more Japanese than Italian, and she became a Japanese woman with italian nuances. Don't worry, Shun-san, you will find a good balance as well. I really like these kind of videos, good job shun-san! I recommend maybe using a tripod for a good camera angle if you can! That way you can focus more on the conversation and questions rather than having to do all three at once, great video!
