How to make a sweet dreams herbal pillow.

Having trouble sleeping ?
Adding a few aromatic herbs in a bowl. A couple drops of your favourite essential oil, and tada! Smells to drift you off to a comfortable sleep.
My kids made our sweet dreams pillows. I love them! I turn my actual pillow over so I always have a scent on both sides.
Anyone else like cold pillows ?
