How did I do all this time without you? I literally just discover your channel and you combine everything I love, veganism, zero waste, soft raw and natural Aesthetic and your content is so enjoyable (and I just happened to notice that your Irish, and lord I freaking love Ireland!!). I'm so excited to watch all of your videos! Thank you ❤️
I made some similar pillows last year. We had a few different pieces of cotton with flowers on them. I just made simple rectangles so that the pillow was simple white cotton and then made a colourful "pillowcase" that can be washed if necessary 😄 My daughter (4y) also loves them and uses them instead of a cuddly toy for sleeping. Thank you again for another video! Always looking forward to your videos 😍
I am 100% making one for myself and my mum as part of her xmas present. I have a pair of satin pjs I'm getting rid of so that will make the perfect material! 😊
Hey there, do you mean for hand washing clothes... or for washing hands? soap nuts are great for that... I have a video under washing up liquid. This can also be used for hand wash and clothes wash...
This is great thanks. I think I will make an additional removable cover for mine. Then I can take it off to wash if it gets make up or facial oils on it.
Hahahahaha that's hilarious. I wasn't home when that video was Put out yesterday. I was just on Amazon looking at sleep masks watching the last video and your popped up! Bingo!!
not that hilarious, quite scary if you knew....5G my friend, 5G is coming.....i prefer winter 100000 times! check the testimonials on insta instagram.com/stories/highlights/17966823205204330/
yeah rosemary a great one.... collect, dry and the grind up for a lovely refreshing smell... also camomile flowers.. you can buy camomile tea and use that... any dried herb that smells nice.
If you have some Therapeudic Lavender Essential Oil ( I would recommend Young Living ) you could also intensify the filling and add the bottle to the eye pillow gift. Anointing the outside every now and then will keep that fragrance intense. Mum may just wake up feeling like she drifted off to heaven and back. ❤
Any dried grain would probs work. Just gotta remeber smell and also the density. For example the smaller grains would be a lot better comfort and density wise but would be more likely to burn (if youre going to make a heated eye pack and not a regular sleeping sort of mask) than bigger stuff like dried beans but yeah i'm not an expert im sure you could google some alternatives. I know rice and wheat are great though and very tried and tested.
I will be making one too. can I use rice instead of buckwheat? I also made rosewater but my rosepetals weren't fragrant, is thatOK? Do you have any remedies for a cold coming on or a sore throat? Love Lee
I've got a question that doesn't have anything to do with the video😅 but where do you get your cooking and skin oils in glass? I do not have a bulk store here I can go to😄
I get mine in health food shops. I search and search until I find the glass ones! It can take a lot of time but once found I just always buy from there! In relation to cooking oils I buy glass in the supermarket.

Very nice idea for a your child's toy. I also like the idea of the pillowcase so you can wash. You're clever...
Could you do a 'how to' dry herbs and flowers with their properties? I love this mask and would like to use more of my garden like this
did you see the video I made on How to dry herbs.... I think it is in the zero waste playlist. I'll find it for you if you can't find it....
@@FairylandCottage i'm struggling to find it, on the plus side though I have found a couple of other ones I'd missed lol

Your channel is super cute ♡
You are super cute for saying! x
Thank you...much appreciated
Thanks Niamh. Are the lavender flowers dried first?
yes sorry I should have said. I pick the lavender in summer and then store for the year... so they are dried out but you can pick and use fresh too..
What can i use if i don't have lavender leaves
Other herbs. Rosemary maybe?
yeah rosemary a great one.... collect, dry and the grind up for a lovely refreshing smell... also camomile flowers.. you can buy camomile tea and use that... any dried herb that smells nice.

sounds divine... thanks xxx
Sounds brilliant! I have hard time having a nap I end up more tired, hopefully it works.
Alternatives for buckwheats?
Alternative is rice...
As she already mentioned in this video

I am Here thank you, sorry I probably missed it.
EmmaAppleBerry ohh I see, thank you!
Hi there, hope you found some alternatives, sometimes I talk so fast!!hehe :-) I like rice also...

Love
Lee
ohh i love to gargle apple cider vinegar and salt... also i love elderberry syrup.
If I can't get affordable access to buckwheat, would I be able to use dried rice instead?
yes go for the rice!
If I put rice in mine how would I clean the fabric?
if you want to clean the fabric you would have to make two coverings... one for the rice and one over it that could be removed for washing...
I've got a question that doesn't have anything to do with the video😅 but where do you get your cooking and skin oils in glass? I do not have a bulk store here I can go to😄

Lavender is quite expensive....
You only need a handful, and it can be found at most health food stores or anywhere with a wide array of spices for like $3-4
I pick it in the garden for free but it should be cheap enough in a health store or a tea shop... lavender and camomile maybe...
