Thank you for the recipe, my bagels turned out so yummy! These are mini bagels, so I split the dough into 4 instead of 6 to get normal NY sized bagels. Stored them wrapped individually in paper towels then in an air tight bag, reheated for 5-10 min at 180 degree Celsius. Perfect!

Colocarlos en papel manteca (si no me equivoco) y meterlos en el horno durante 15 minutos a 200° C (horno alto)

발효는 그냥 실온에서 랩 덮어두고 했고, 오븐마다 다르겠지만 저는 200도에서 20~25분정도 구웠는데 아주 잘 구워졌습니당..❤️

반죽 다 만들어 놓고 모양까지 다 잡은 후에 냉동시켰다가 필요할때마다 굽고 싶은데 데치는 과정 이후에 냉동하는게 좋을까요??
