    Just wanted to thank you Eric for your informative videos! They really helped me... I might've binged most of them (better bingeing on your videos than bingeing on food! lol).     Eating FEWER calories! Fewer is when there are MANY things. Calories are plural, so it's always FEWER.
    Examples: This glass of water has less water than that one, vs This glass of water has FEWER water molecules than that one.
    See the difference? Fewer fewer fewer!

    Can you do a video specifically for petite women and weight loss? I would love to hear your perspective. I’ve been trying to lose weight and have already lost 15+ pounds over the course of 4 months, but currently feel like my weight loss has plateaued. I’ve also heard many people online (lol) talk about how petite women can’t cut their calories as much due to their size and already low allotted calories per day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻

    Eric, if there are 160 calories in 48 g of dry rice... then, if I want to eat 100 g of cooked rice = 1/4 cup of dry rice, that meas they are the same amount of calories or not?

    Hello Eric, can you crate an updated calorie deficit video? In one of your older videos, you said that we should eat around 10-12 x "goal weight" as our calorie deficit in order to lose weight, which in my case comes down to be 1260. Now, I am a 5"0 woman and many other nutrition coaches tell me that this is too low. Could you give me some insight on this?

      You can probably give yourself a little more room. For example, a 200 lb woman might want to eventually be 120 lbs, but she's gotta hit 180, 170, etc. first, so why not start with 1800 calories, then 1700, then 1600 and just keep decreasing as she keeps hitting those targets.
