have to make sure you are looking at the tools option tab and not the images tab which I did 5 or 6 times before I realized I was in the wrong tab. their instructions are not really clear so it's not you.
That can be a little trickier because of the placement of the fingers looking unnatural - even if removing one. You may need to replace the whole hand, or move the fingers to look more natural. Hopefully AI will learn to fix this common issue soon!

For dealing with the blue, blur the hard edge, then Filters -> Noise -> Spread and then blur the spread, repeat if needed.
