Great wallet had mine for over 2 years and carry it every day. I have gone through a lot of wallets till i found the 5 card . Great workmanship and fit.
Love mine. I have the original “thick” style, and it’s my favorite wallet I’ve owned. Super quality piece, and a really good minimalist design for the front pocket. If you’re considering buying one of their products, do it. If for no other reason than their customer service being incredible. Increasingly rare these days.

I just got in the heritage brown with red tiger stitching like yours. build quality is amazing. The hand stitching just gives the wallet that extra pop. beautiful stuff. I generally carry Ashland wallets made with Horween Shell. While I still prefer the feel of shell over all, the Horween derby used on this wallet is top notch with lots of character in the leather. I think this wallet will see lots of pocket time. Popov's customer service is top notch as well. Very happy with my purchase and now consider myself a Popov fan.

I've had this one for about 4 years. My issue is that once you put 2 cards in the pockets they stretch out so that when only one card is in there it slides out very easily. So you have to keep 2 cards in any pocket you've put 2 cards in. Particularly with the outside pocket as you could easily lose a card from the outside pocket if you've gone from 2 cards to 1. Only really a factor when you're using a card to pay for something and the remaining card is sliding around. I've never lost a card but I think it's something to be aware of
I think they call it the 5 card for a reason but we all want to hold more in it than that. You're absolutely correct, they stretch out, but just have to be mindful of it when deciding what cards to out where and how many to use.

What I love about Popov, is there is something really unique about the way their wallets already come *broken- in*... I don't know how they do it, because the nice horween leather they buy doesn't come already broken in, but somehow Popov 5 card wallets always come broken in! even the rare expensive one I have in Shell cordovan from them came broken in... I have quite a few Popov wallets and my wife has there tote bag, but the only draw back to the Horween leather it becomes way too soft and supple for me it won’t even hold the cards anymore it’s too floppy there’s no structure to it anymore, I carry now a Hermann oak wallet handmade and it’s heads above the Horween leather just my opinion though
I am between getting this or the quick draw flat wallet. The quick draw has a pouch for cash, but doesn’t carry as many cards. Both seem great. Anyone try both?
I think i depends on the # of cards you need in total. Though I love the idea of the Flat Wallet, it just wouldn't hold enough for me. Granted, those pockets would stretch....idk, maybe it would work alright. I love how slim it is though. That money pocket is pretty cool too.
does the internal piece of leather layer is cut like a v shape and not stitch on all corners to keep it slim like one of their wallet reviewed in walletopia channel?

This specific leather is supposed to be like that. It showing wear and adds character but doesn't tear otherwise. There are different types of leathers. I suggest you do some research.
Hardly. It's great quality and if you've read the website you'd see they only use high quality leather. I've had mine for close to 5 years and it's in great shape but it does have patina and wear but it's purely cosmetic.

Yes, it is cut so it does not add bulk. It's still holding fine though.
