As you pointed out, Donohue is not the second to the last High Sierra Pass. However, it IS the last NOBO high point on the PCT. That means that unlike previous passes on trail which may be followed by higher points later, Donohue is the last pass on the NOBO trail that has no point higher than it for the remainder of the PCT.
