I have an acre property with 5 maple trees that are about 60 years old. Talk about leaves. I never got to them this year because I was ill. December 23rd it was 57 degree's outside. I drove down and mowed from the outside in. I did about 10 passes and those leaves came churning out of the deck. Then I drove backwards on them and shredded them to dust. I started again and did the same thing. I mowed it at 4 inches then remowed it again since I hadn't gotten to that house in almost 7 weeks. I lowered it to 3 inches and now it looks like a gold course. My neighbor stopped by and thanked me for mowing. He knew I had been sick and I told him I wanted to get it done so his relatives didn't have to look at all those leaves. I enjoy these video's very much. It brings the outside world in when you are homebound a lot. They are calling for 50F weather this week too! It's crazy.

Hello, reminds me of back in the day, sounds funny, it was only a few years ago, in the early '80s? I worked at a children's amusement park. Cut grass when no customers, so always in process, never just finished, never just started. My suggestion is to start with an edger around edges, sidewalks, driveways, and any clearly defined surface. It just gives that clearly defined attitude, when you have to start and stop constantly. Also, it is a simple device to put away until you get a chance to finish.
    I enjoy the videos.
I'm also an ex-military Army [helicopter mechanic, crew chief] enlisted, and later Navy Pilot commissioned officer.
You seem to do the work in a nice part of the day, your processes are organized and done in a timely manner. I didn't learn that until later in the military when I was trying to do 12+ hours of work in one shift, in the military there might be ~200 people in your unit, but only 2 or 3 are actually doing ALL the work. If you don't know who that was, it was probably you. no reason to be angry or frustrated, all the work and the day fly by and it's time to go home.
Of course, you get that reputation as being the one that's always working.

It don’t matter if it’s a small town or big cities someone gonna see something they gonna steal it it’s best to pick up regardless it’s gonna save you a headache having to go through your Insurance to cover what you lost and probably have to buy another one to keep working til insurance covers your lost. It’s better to be proactive then slack off. Your equipment makes money for you so lock up. Just saying
