@carrotwater4333 dont know if u ever figured it out but u have to input slide like as soon as u input the button combo. Mortal Kombat is doff then other fighting games as ur inputs are like stored so u can inout combos and literally let go of ur controller

the thing with these type of dash combos is you need to really get familiar with the character first, it's not just pick a chracter and start practicing dash combos, it's also not just remembering the combos, but also being familiar with the character, because timing is everything in mk 11, so like me, i suggest being familiar with the character aniamtion first.
Gotta say as someone whos always been very casual about playing mortal kombat or not really playing it much i will say damnnnnn the main combo in the video is tough!!! I have a new appreciation for mortal kombat players and especially if you play a high execution character. Took me about 15-20mins to land it just once but was super satisfying!!! I have this useful Re-Freeze/Combo Extender for 3rd variation. After you freeze the opponent, however you want, I place a trap in front of them while they are frozen. Then I do F2~BF3 (AMP) The amplification throws them into the trap. Make sure that the F2 hits after they've unfroze or else the trap wont freeze them. I'd usually follow this by a J2, B143~BF3.

So, this tutorial helped a lot, but not necessarily for the actual combos in it per se. I actually ended up doing a mixup of the FB plus the D2KB B2 to deal 462.36 damage in a nice, neat combination. It's not the most practical combo, I'll admit, but it's a good attack nonetheless if you can pull it off: D2(KB), B2, DB2, Walk FWD 2, FATAL This works both center and cornered, but you need to use Walk FWD 2 in center. Corner only needs 2. Make sure your head is directly in line with your opponent's butt, and you'll land this perfectly. If your opponent is lower than this point, you can replace 2 with B32, which deals 457.08 and works as long as you can lift the opponent for the Fatal by pressing everything in a quick succession.
Nice video. I have learned quite a few very high damage combos using the slide KB and 8hit combo finishing with 124 on my own mixing a lot of things up but I did not know the one you showed where and how to jump. I got the timing down perfect when my opponent is not frozen but it seems you have to be ready for the back 143 to be input a hell of a lot faster when frozen. Hope you do some combo videos with Ultimate being out for him. Nice how you things down unlike many videos just throwing the combo out with no help in the little things like when Tom hit the buttons at the right time etc.

u/f+3 sometimes switches sides, sometimes doesn't, it's completely unpredictable this is like very advanced stuff... reminds me of Xiaoyu's f+2,1,4 that can sometimes switch sides with an airborne opponent with her ending up backturned
@@MadDoggGames that jump forward kick is so annoying to do i cant get it i also try using the dpad to forward jump and it just makes me jump straight up
The jump comes off 1 in 100 times correctly for me the other 99 I just jump Infront or in the wrong area it’s almost like you have to do it inch perfect

bro, a lot of the combos you do do more damage than when i do the same combo. for example the combo at 6:22 it is 10 hits that do 270 damage, for me its 10 hits but 250 damage instead of 270. there are more examples as well.
Etern4l Saiy4n i think I left a comment regarding this issue. There was a nerf to all jump kicks. So any jump kicks combos have damage scaling. Overal sub zero combos took a hit and now does less damage here

you have input down right 1 immediately after inputting back 23. So you should be inputting down right 1 before the animation of back 23 has finished. This is called a special cancel.
I just can't do the combos fast enough or i don't know... Specially on the Ice Ball. I play Tekken 7 and i do combos fine. I don't get it on MK11. Something wrong with my control settings?
i know its an old video, but i recently started trying sub zero. i tried using your combos vs AI hardest mode and im playing on MnK. and here is my result; I cant successfully perform one combo after playing like 8hrs. 1. the combo timing is very very odd especially the jump kick after ice ball and very very hard to perform successfully even practicing for an entire day 2. the 13 frames shin shatter is very very predictable with 9/10 times block by the AI 3. Going from permafrost to ice ball can be very easily blocked by the AI 4. going from frozen over to slide;amplify is also very very hard to pull off i dont know what is this combo for, maybe for pvp or such but if someone managed to pull this combo off vs AI hardest mode using MnK, i would like to see it. PS: I am fighting against baraka

You have to do the oce ball while youre doing the other combo

When I use permafrost then Ice ball the ice ball doesn’t count to the hits is that meant to happen as in the video when u combine both it says 3 hits
