Couple of very interesting things from this interview:
    1. The fact that he saw Phantom Menace 13 times in a movie theater would imply that he really liked that movie. Curious, to say the least.
    2. I had always thought that Kevin Feige was a lifelong Marvel fan. The fact that he never read comics growing up, and is now in charge of the creative direction of pretty much every non-DC superhero movie and show is… again, interesting.

Want to find out about more with Marvel during their days leading up to the original X-Men film with Avi Arad and how no one at the company other than him wanted to take the characters into films, check out the book "Comic Wars..." by Dan Raviv.
It's basically the story of how Ron Perelman bought the company and his think tank ran it into the ground trying to squeeze and siphon money out of it, how Carl Ichan attempted a hositle Takeover and how Avi Arad and Ike Perlmutter at Toybiz did their best to now get swallowed up and ultimately got control of the company.
There is a Hardcover and a Softcover. The Softcover was reprinted around 2 years later and has two extra chapters.
