For the first story, I believed him before the tests even came. He was very believable and his emotions, man, I was crying and I was just watching. And while 16 days may not seem long to us, I’m sure it felt like 16 weeks or even 16 months to him, especially being exhausted both mentally and physically.

Steve definitely doesn’t understand the differences between 16 days in court for a prisoner v. 16 days for a cop or civilian. First guy bothers me though. He’s mad at things he a). agreed to in his plea both in writing and read aloud to him in open court and b.) was not CONVICTED. He was young sure but his jail time was his own choice. Public Defender did try to help you. She brought you three plea deals, all of which you turned down. One of which was a better deal than you took.

Some of these cases should be tossed because the cops screwed up. With a minor shouldn't a parent be present when btheyare being questioned.

Right. And the fact they don't get no compensation for their life being ruined or anything like that, because at the end of the day, you're still going to have people who still speculate and say that they add Dan dos hideous crimes and as a person who've been in that situation as a survivor of that hideous crime. As a child, I know who didn't and I would never had accuse anyone who did it, and it's so sad that the people who did accuse was probably threatened to accuse them or the ones who lied upon them, the ones who lied upon them should definitely go to jail and pay for their restitution point, we're putting them in jail. You know, I wish that they would make a law like that if you're caught lying about a crime that you would go to jail has to pay for the pay manpower, the time consume time loss and everything, because most of these people do be having jobs and they can't even have those jobs anymore and that's more sad too, because you took away there. Family, their friends, their jobs, their way of thinking, like a month a week a day. In jail will change a person like including when you know when you go to jail for a crime, as much as child endangering of any kind but especially sexual assault of a child, they green like you, you're the first person, they're going to attack, because they don't like people who harm children. Or a woman, most of the time in jail

Obviously not everyone will put effort into being better but the ones who do should be offered rehabilitation for release regardless of the crime and have parole/probation for a mandated amount of time yo ensure they don’t relapse or recommit a crime

Because I broke up with her. So, she then told people I raped her & I ended up being chased down the street by a lynch mob in a pickup truck. I ran to the point where I almost had an asthma attack. I ran into the house, locked myself in the bathroom & cried like a baby in a fetal position. Good thing they never knew where I lived & luckily after they failed to snatch me up... My ex ended up telling the truth.
