Hey @marshix so bungie didn’t patch this cheese this week. But if you do the puzzle for the ship schematic a new timer will start and you’ll only have 1 minute to defeat the boss room. Just an fyi
Here some tips when fighting the boss : dont use any support super like well but tether hunter work fine, use any super that do damage any super you want
The adds will also kill you through the well.
nighthawk hunter is better, one shot can knock out a whole phase of a boss. tether doesnt really do anything here

I watched mactics solo run video on "how anyone can solo legendary" and let me tell you.... no. 3rd try, i completed with a 3 man team on easy in 30min. 4th try, i did solo on easy and took 33min. I have no idea how to shave off 13+min solo. I dont think i will get rewind rounds though i do want them badly. 😢

Guide was great but there’s absolutely no way I can take down 5 bosses in that last room with stupidly tanky health within the time limit. I used all my heavy, had shards of galanor on and got my super about 8 times and then primary fire. Still no chance. I got to the boss with 17 minutes to spare and I only just got to the brig with 2 minutes left. The thing is insanely unbalanced. I’ve been playing destiny since day 1 and I’ve seen this before. The bosses health in that last room needs about a 30% decrease for sure. I see bungie tweaking it at some point for solo players.

i beat it and i suck. i used esotericks loadout in his solo hunter vid. it's basically all solar, nighthawk gg, with a solar heavy mg for the heavy, lance and mountaintop. i got discouraged at one point after 3-4 fail runs too, gave it one more try with the heavy mg and beat it with 23s left. i'm sure if i kept trying i'd get faster and faster.
i didnt know those cheese spots in this vid for the walkers that probably would have helped, i had to fight them out in the open. i also didnt know there was a rally point before the end area lol.
you can basically dps bosses/servitors effectively with the lance, which is a very nice fallback because you often may not have heavy. hard part might be getting the final brigs chest plate off (once thats off go to town with lance). so you may try to use heavy/gg to knock off his chest plate if possible, so you can start crit-ting him with lance, the final third of his health one the plate is off goes pretty fast with lance. also if you're getting overwhelmed from all sides, stop to take out a few adds especially the sniper types. use goldy to take out the first brig and servitor, the heavy mg to take out dense adds in the first two areas, and you should reach the final room with 17-20 min left.

@@gigel743 i'm just mad to find out they timegated half the crafting options behind the legend puzzles. ffs bungie. oh and normal mode is bugged, it's just legend with a 40 min timer. bungie screws everything up.

a heavy machine gun is a better loadout.
Dragon's breath will one shot the fallen tanks in the boss room. Using solar reserves at the rally flag gives you 12 rockets. After you used all 12, switch to Polaris to clear up.

Again, the juice isn’t worth the squeeze. No one will used this gun after next week. Already got the weapon with the masterwork years ago. Meh.
