Dumplings are a big thing in my culture, too. I have always wanted to learn different ways of folding but my hands do not cooperate and I end up failing. I'll try these shapes next time, they look lovely!

Hmm, I tried making dumplings once with store wrappers and had trouble with the wrappers breaking. Seeing how flexible the homemade version is makes me want to try it again your way! Looks delicious!

Put lots of flour on you tray and leave some space between each one. Since these wrappers are made fresh they usually don't need water to stick together, just dust off any excess flour while shaping them and pinch em real good 😊

How do you prevent the dumplings from sticking to each other if you want to freeze and cook later?
