I would love to see more videos on maybe basic Chinese cooking techniques, like using and caring for a wok, what type of steamer you use and how to steam, etc. I'm half Chinese but never grew up knowing a lot about my Chinese side, so I appreciate how much you explain the culture behind the food as well!
