    New to your channel but have been seeing you a lot on my feed. I have pelvic floor dysfunction and a lot of your vids I see talk about opening up that back part of the pelvis. I also have a hard time breathing 360 especially into my lower thoracic area. There for a lot of the breathing i do when exercising is always towards the belly. Which then makes the shoulder blade area sore because it stiffens up from not being used essentially. I now know that when I breathe I am only breathing with 2-3 parts of my diaphragm, sometimes only one. I have some side movement but it never feels like my back area is involved. When I force it I can tell my breathes are much much fuller. I also think its a reason that when I activate my core its hard to breathe because I run up against my tight back and tight core, which leads to less area for me to breathe into. I was wondering about your thoughts on this, and if you work with men with PFD. I have had it for 3 years, developed it after testicle cancer surgery and sitting around after/ covid lockdowns. I used to be fit as hell. Now my own body works against me and as a former marathon runner it kills me. Would love to know your thoughts and glad to see more males talk about the bodys connection to the pelvic floor. ❤

      Hi Sir, Sorry to hear of your cancer experience a d PF problem. What you are describing is a strong PEC pattern that your body is in. See the clip below for information on what that is. Winding this pattern can resolve many symptoms you are describing. Is there damage to the nerves in the pelvic floor? Pudental or gentiofemoral nerves? Obturator nerve? I treat pelvic floor issues yes. With PRI techniques and bowen therapy. Where are you located? Thank you for messaging Kind regards Chris

      My pleasure! It works well with many tendinopathies in my experience. Seems to do nothing for shoulder tendon problems though.

      Thats a flossing technique you describing mate. This is a nerve mobilisation technique. It is more intense than the flossing. Flossing for good for highly irritable conditions. This version in the clip is what I use to calm down femoral nerve tensioning. It works very well.

    Hi, thankyou for your videos, I was wondering what it means when reaching forward there is a tugging, tight feeling developing around the collar bones, and some lower neck tension where those muscle insert around the collar bone, is there another exercise that addresses whatever is causing that? Its also there when reaching arms forward/up when in 90/90 positions

    I have atrophy in vastus lateralis due a lateral release surgery? Can be reversed the atrophy?

      Iv found atrophy post surgery is very difficult to increase. Strength can increase a lot. If it is the right side you had the surgical release, i would suggest learning about the left AIC pattern and how to unwind that. Right itb issues are mostly generated by the forward position of the left pelvis.

    thankyou for the videos, if ankle mobility was poor, is it ok to put a wedge block under the foot/feet? my ankle mobility is quite poor, did you have any videos to recommend for improving ankle mobility?

    The future of physical therapy. Its shocking how most of pt today is the actual opposite and making everything worse. Mcgill techniques drive more extension, back braces lock you up into extension etc etc. Its crazy

    Can you go halfway down and still use this? Great exercise but this dorsiflexion is tough.

      It must likely wont be effective mate. Putting a lift under your heels will allow you to get down further, otherwise another exercise would be more suitable.

      Bicep stretch, this will aid in the muscle relaxing, shoulder extension and horizontal abduction improving. Shoulder pains can be relieved, as the bicep can be a grabbing point in some impingements

      No need to keep it straight mate. This stretch can stretch the radial nerve too. Keep your shoulder closish to the wall

    With the left aic and right bc pattern would there be a discomfort in the left armpit area, it kind of feels like my arm is catching on my body
