Hi there! Depends on what you mean by saving a lot, if you repinned 500+ pins a day that's really too much but something like 30 or 50 repins from others a day shouldn't get you in trouble at all.

Yes, changing a niche might be not a great idea on an established account because the followers of that account are interested in that particular topic or niche and they will not interact well with the pins in a completely different niche. If you do this with a relatively new account (a few months old), it shouldn't be a huge problem because the account doesn't have much of a history and followers yet.

I have been trying to publish other pins but it's still telling me to wait because the system is still publishing the previous pins. It's over 18hrs, what do you suggest I do? I normally log on using my phone but yesterday I tried logging in with my laptop, could that be the problem?
I never have encountered this kind of issue and haven't seen Pinterest blocking you from posting if you haven't published previous pin yet. I would try to use Pinterest in a different browser / device, it's some kind of glithc.
