Registrar, Lawyer and Bank, kisi ne bhi Seller ke details check Nahin kiye ye ajeeb baat hai. Isliye Buyer aur Seller dono ko apne apne lawyer appoint karne chahiye taaki gadbad ho toh pakda jaa sake.

However, why aren’t they actively promoting ,branding integrating this concept on a larger scale? Most buyers come from small cities, and many of them would love to engage in small-scale farming, especially alongside elders who may not have the resources for a bungalow or farmhouse. This could be a valuable addition to residential projects. Currently, a lot of amenity spaces remain underutilized. Developers should consider incorporating sustainable farming right from the initial planning stage, ensuring these spaces add real value instead of lying dormant.
