Is it mentioned somewhere in registered agreement? or is it Total cost of the flat as mentioned in the allotment/booking letter?

Wo bhi 2021 me environment certificate builder ka nahi tha.aur demand letter bhi unhone bheje nahi the 2021 me aur uss sab ka late charge aur uspe intrest abhi last demand bheja hai.kya ye legal hai? Nahi to kya karna chahiye?

Builder is fraud. Make sure the agreement is very clear and document all communication with builder properly and thier commitment.How much did you buy it for .

Shouldn’t have gone ahead after Porche case. There are many better options available in whole eastern Pune.
