GM Joe. Happy Sunday. Liking this front elevation especially the stone lower columns. Wow. Deep entry. See as you enter you can see directly into the bedroom; prefer when they set back. The closet in the 2nd bathroom quite small. Good size bedrooms/bathroom. A 3rd bedroom? So 3 beds to 1 bath and no 1/2 bath. Good laundry room. Nice color island but cannot sit comfortably without the overhang. Big pantry. Cozy dining nook. Covered lanai. The land slopes down a bit but they’ll figure out a pool 😂. Good size primary. Shower on entry different. Can fit 2 sinks. Lovely shower. I’ll gladly take the accessible toilet 🚽 area with the bar. I actually prefer the open space opposed to the water closets. Some look a bit claustrophobic. Lovely home Joe. The only thing I would change is the island top. Need to sit and eat comfortably without my knees hitting the island base and hunching over. Probably use for model purposes. Have a great week. 🤗.
