GM Joe. Happy Sunday. Unique elevation and design around the garage. Wow. Deep entry. Big front bedroom with en-suite 😃and walk-in closet. Big office/flex space. Big powder bath. Big formal dining room and living room. Like the back to back sofa. Omg. The pantry. Big breakfast nook. Covered lanai and kitchen. Would’ve liked a slightly bigger pool but lovely backyard. Pet peeve. Don’t like stairs that turn. Hard getting large furniture in. Bedroom. Next bedroom with en-suite. Sitting area. Large laundry 🧺. Bathroom. Bedroom. You know what I’ll say. Every bedroom lovely and large enough to have its own en-suite and a powder bath in or near the sitting room. Spacious primary. Deep linen closet preceding the en-suite. Love that. The tub looks small to just sit in it not lay. My old bones don’t need the tub. Extend that beautiful shower and add a seat and a niche. Those soap dishes small. Big closet. Joe for those that want a 2- story ,this is a beautiful home. Thanks for sharing. Have a great week.

I agree with you on the stairs, I had a home with a landing turn on the stairs and it was difficult to get some larger furniture up stairs. What is the difference between the Yorkshire and Scarlette floor plan?
