Hello sir, I'm 21 years old. I don't lift anything hard there,I have a ease lifestyle and I haven't faced any injury yet. Since yesterday's afternoon time I'm facing shoulder pain. I tried to move my right arm in different positions just to check the pain and I was feeling a bit pain when I tried to move it towards upper side. I thought it would be fine till next morning but when I woke up I encountered much pain while moving my right arm now I couldn't able to raise my hand, it's unfolding the pain during movements. Sir, I would be grateful, Please guide me over this issue.
