Hi sir! I usually feel pain in my right arm (just in the attachment range from shoulder, from where we raise our arms) while throwing something like cricket ball with this arm. What kind of problem is this and what should I do?

Hello sir, I'm 21 years old. I don't lift anything hard there,I have a ease lifestyle and I haven't faced any injury yet. Since yesterday's afternoon time I'm facing shoulder pain. I tried to move my right arm in different positions just to check the pain and I was feeling a bit pain when I tried to move it towards upper side.
