That bakasana lift and lower drill is genius. You're so right - the second half of that transition is the tricky part for me and I've felt stuck there with no idea on how to work on it for so long. This is exactly what I needed. Thank you!

I was laughing on my own while you were singing :-D I have been trying titthibasana for a while, my legs will not straighten though...Is that a lack of core and technique? My arms are in the proper position though, and my hands too….
Helene Demetriades often, the legs have a challenge straightening due to the pressure of the arms into the hamstrings. Be sure to try to straighten by pulling heels from hips instead of by trying to straighten your knees. The pulling action will give you extra lift to lighten the pressure on your hams. 😚
